The paper itself is great! It is a little pinkish in hue, as other reviews suggested. It's not very detectable, but if you hold it next to standard copy paper, there is a slight difference in color. It suits my needs just fine though. I would give the product itself 5 stars, but I have to deduct a star for the condition in which the case arrived. When I opened the shipping box, I was surprised to see that Canefields box was open. I'm not sure if the item was a previous return or if it got jostled around during shipping. That being said, each individual ream was also opened. I didn't count to see if each sheet was accounted for, though. I have noticed as I've been using them that many of the sheets are crinkled, curled and bent. Since I've used some of the paper already, I'm not seeking a refund. Just beware that this item may arrive to you damaged or pre-owned. That being said, I would buy the product again. Just probably not from Amazon.

5-2015 I have just discovered that this paper curls up when it exits the printer if I print something with a large picture. This can be a huge PIA when I am printing a number of sheets. I am using a MG6220 with a pretty standard paper path and it had the factory Canon inks. I can't say for sure that it will do it with all printers. I have also noticed that, even though it is stated to be the same brightness as the HP paper I was using before it has a noticeable brownish gray cast in comparison. I would use this paper in spite of this because it is 100% recycled. It will work fine in print only or light graphics for ordinary uses but it does have its problems!Good paper for everyday use. I have had no problems or complaints. 100% recycled is a good thing. I have seen some reviews that claim it is not as good as fine stationary. It is not supposed to be. Ignore them.

This came packed inside another box. The inner box, the Canefields box, was falling apart and all of the packages were opened with papers coming out. Some of the papers were plain ruined and couldn't be used. I was very unhappy with the condition of each ream of paper. However, it's good paper so I decided not to send it back. I was previously using another brand of paper which I also bought in a case. When I went to reorder it, it was no longer an Amazon Prime product, so not wanting to pay shipping, I went looking for another copy paper that came in a five pack and finally found Canefields, which came in at a very comparable price. I just tried it out and printed something that I needed to print and found this paper to be superior to what I was using previously. It's much brighter and it prints clearly without any bleeding at all. I'm extremely happy with my choice and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an excellent product at a great price with no shipping costs (if you're an Amazon Prime member, that is). It's a delightful surprise.

This may be one of the "greenest" papers on the market, and it feels good to use something that doesn't utilize trees (farmed or not), but it's not very user-friendly for business use.As stated in a previous review, there is a light pink tint to the paper. Also, the weight isn't quite as good as the description rates it - it's actually sort of flimsy. Runs well in inkjet printers, but there can be some issues with laserjet printing, especially at high speeds where parts of the print will bleed over.All-in-all, great to use at home or for light personal use, but not a very useful replacement for regular office copy paper.

I bought this paper because it is supposed to be better for the environment than traditional paper. If that's really true then this paper is well worth the extra expense. For the most part, I am very pleased with it: Printouts from my laser printer look and feel great. The paper does not jam in the machine. It does curl a bit when it comes out of the printer, though, and when printing a long document the curling can cause pages to get tangled and reordered. If I tend the printer during printing and don't let more than 8 pages accumulate in the output drawer, then all is well.

I have issues with this paper.First, it has a faint purple tinge to it. It isn't noticeable unless you compare it sheet-to-sheet with other white paper. For most people it probably isn't a big deal.Second, the duplexer on my HP laser printer (HP P2055) does not like it. I typically duplex everything I print. With this paper (when duplexing), the printer jams about every ten sheets. It did not jam when printing only on one side using this paper.

This is great paper for everyday printing at home. I wouldn't use it for anything important. It is a bit thin and feels flimsy and it seems to have a slight purplish tinge to it. I just swap in good paper whenever I need to print out a serious letter that I have to send to a client etc. However, it's good for about 90% of what I print and best of all, I am not using up acres of virgin trees!

Paper curls up when it gets warm, so if you print a long document it starts curling and then clogs up the printer and the whole document ends up in a pile on the floor rather than sitting in the printer's tray. Big mess when printing long estate planning documents. We'll go back to 100% recycled paper rather than sugar cane.
