the bags are ok
i received the bags and loved them. the largest bag was smaller than i expected but still happy with it. However the med sized bag that you can put the shoulder strap on was disappointing. it was my favorite and i only had been carrying it 2 days and the strap came off (the part that you hook the shoulder strap to) and the zipper came off :(
