RLXBluetooth Headphone

The headphones volume does not work! On both😡

Good headphones and I got the colors I ordered.

I was scammed in Las Vegas and purchased six RLX Bluetooth headsets and other items; I should have known better but it was an easy way to finish my Christmas list. I kept one set for myself, they broke while adjusting them the first time I used them. I taped them back together and was able to use them a while longer but now they won't connect or turn on. They came with a "free" warranty when I purchased them however it costs $37.00 to have them shipped to you which I feel is more than they are worth to begin with. The only way to contact RLX is by email so I emailed customer service and let them know that I spent a significant amount of money on all the RLX items I had purchased and requested they ship the new pair for free or at least a reasonable discounted rate. Their response was a generic blow off directing me to their warranty policy and it included other "great deals" they currently have available-UNBELIEVABLE. The sound and the range are pretty good but they are not comfortable at all and their customer service is NON-EXISTENT, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

These head phones are way over priced,should have guessed it. Seeing the cost online at various sites, and thier problems. And registering them.. no wonder there are so many bad reviews

These are good headphones but a little too small and price is high for something that could be better

They're not bad, actually they're pretty good. They sound great. I DO have a couple complaints tho: They fit a little too snug to the point where they seem to be mashing your ears to the point of being uncomfortable. Also, I wish the adjustable headstrap extended a little taller on top of my head (bcuz I have a high-top fade). Finally, the 250 ft Bluetooth range was a gross exaggeration by the salesman! It's more like 50 ft. Other than that, they're pretty dope 👊

You buy them for 300 and they give you a lifetime warranty code in case they break which makes the headphones free but shipping is 40 dollars each time you cash it in.. no matter how careful you are they always break because the material of the band to flex and put them over your head eventually breaks after wearing them a while. Its basically a lifetime subscription of 40 dollars every 4 months .. ive had these for years and have gone through 10 headphones. Each time paying them 40 bucks for the lifetime warranty "Shipping" cost

Be careful with this company. Like a previous poster wrote, we purchased products in Las Vegas leading up to Christmas. We bought 2 headphones and 2 rechargeable cellphone cases (over $500) in Las Vegas and neither product worked as advertised (cellphone charger connects and disconnects continuously; headsets are poor quality and not comfortable to wear (sound is really good I must admit). When attempting to request a refund, the company flatly states no refunds since you bought sale merchandise at a kiosk. No effort whatsoever to back their products. The kiosk will make no mention of a "no refund policy", only that you have a lifetime warranty. However, that comes with a hefty shipping and handling charge. If you purchase, make sure you do not buy from a kiosk (since they will not back the product) and check the refund policy. The warranty is no good if the product is cheap or has continuous issues. BUYER BEWARE!
