Good printer but very expensive toner cartridges.

Good machine does the job really well. Very happy with it.

I am extremely pleased with this printer (some report that the toner cartridges are expensive, but I haven't had to buy these yet). Only slight downside for me is that printing can be a little slow, but not overly

Top surface was scuffed. Printing drum was spiked and faulty. Packaging was scuffed. Item was clearly not new. Returned due to fault with print drum.

A bit disappointing as when printing 20 copies smoke started to appear so had to turn off

I’ve had the misfortune to have to use this at our golf club for the last 2 years. Every single day I have tried to print with it it has issues with non existent paper jams, toner low etc.Avoid.

I had a similar HP printer a few years ago and was very happy with it, so I decided to give this one a try. It prints well, and the printing speed is ok, but:- after two months of moderate usage the toner is already low- paper tray is very sensitive, and one has to be really careful with two-side printing, otherwise, paper jams occur.- software is somewhat lagging. The WIFI connection got stuck somewhere, so I can print remotely, but can not scan. If a paper jam occurs, the printer has to be restarted and all the jobs are lost after that.- the menu is counter-intuitive, for example, you have to press the ok button several times so the printer recognizes that you turned the paper during two-side printing.- in standby mode, the printer makes periodic, low-volume but high-pitched sounds, so keeping it on next to me is not an option.

Cartridges last 700 pages. So that's 20p per page.Transfer unit 20,000 page lifeFuser Roller 20,000Tray 2 roller 20,000All 3 of these we have hit in 2 years. Total cost more than printer.Imaging drum another 100quid on top of that.So it's more cost effective to buy a new one of these every 2 years!!

I have tried to set up this printer - we had previously owned this exact same printer. Can’t get it to sync up with our WiFi and have had no success with the seller in making this happen. Very disappointed as we liked the first printer.

Here in the south of France where the summers are hot, low use inkjet cartridges just dry up. This is a great printer for this environment. Reasonable print output, scan is good, networking good.

Ik heb contact met de printer en kan een testafdruk printen.Het is nu 2023 en een printer uit 2019 installeren kan nog zo verschrikkelijk slecht verlopen.HP Smart?Smart om inkt te bestellen en geld uit te geven, niet smart om een printer te installeren.

Stampante ottima, molto rapida e silenziosa.Facile da installare per chi ha un minimo di basi.Sono rimasto un po' perplesso da Amazon Warehouse.... è stato il mio primo acquisto in questa categoria.Ho acquistato la stampante ad un ottimo prezzo, la mia era dichiarata "come nuova, solo scatola aperta" ed effettivamente così è stato.La cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso sono stati i tempi di consegna.sono Cliente Amazon da più di 5 anni,sempre estremamente soddisfatto del servizio,per la prima volta in un lustro ho pagato l'oggetto prima che fosse spedito!Trovo l'evento molto strano in quanto essendo un oggetto usato e già stato valutato, dovrebbe già essere nel magazzino Warehouse.Invece ci sono voluti più di 3 settimane per spedire la stampante, (Ho chiesto perché non la spedivano ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta)Caspisco le problematiche Covid, ma sembra un po' troppo.Non nascondo che già guardavo con diffidenza i prodotti usati, questa esperienza non mi ha aiutato.Probabilmente darò in futuro un'altra possibilità a Warehouse.... ma se avrò un servizio simile sarà anche l'ultima.
