I would like to be able to recommend this product but I have way more doubts about it than things to like about it. I bought mine back in April and it had issues right out of the box with the #8 winder was bent so that it rubbed the side of the case and wouldn't wind a watch. I wrote the company and they asked for pictures/video of the defect which have to be done outside the Amazon contact chain so there is no record that Amazon can see to act on any complaint bit I provided the pictures/video. The next message I received from them informed me that it wasn't their product and they would be issuing me a full refund. The following day I got another message asking me again for photos/video of the problem which I again provided to their random gmail address. They then got back to me and told me they would ship me a new motor and a link to a youtube video showing me how to replace the motor "very easy" they assured me. Several e-mails and 4 months later the Chinese (not Japanese) motor arrived. I never have gotten the link to "very easily" replace said motor despite asking several times. As another reviewer said my light has also gone to the blue light and the touch screen will not change the color or turn the light off. I'm not sure what part of the case is "fine natural hard wood" as mine appears to be mostly plastic there might be solid wood somewhere but it is mostly plastic. Today my treat was to wake up to the #1 & #3 watch "pillows" laying near the bottom of the case as they had fallen out of the rotors sometime during the night. Both watches are large dive watches but 7 months into my ownership I don't think I should be having this issue. I think this product if extremely overpriced, falsely advertised and while e-mails are replied to quickly the product itself is supported poorly. Advertising Japanese Mabuchi Motors then sending a Dongguanyouli Chinese replacement motor is flat out fraud in my book. If I had ever received the replacement instructions I could check to see if the other motors are in fact the advertised Japanese motors and ask why the replacement motor isn't. I would return it for a refund if that were possible after 7 months.

This is the 3rd watch winder I’ve purchased in the past 3 months, this one as the best price, I would like for the watch holders to be more secure and adjustable, it’s not a bad buy I would recommend it as a starter winder.

The media could not be loaded.  This is an amazing watch winder! I got a single watch winder for my husband for Christmas and he was ecstatic! His birthday is shortly after the holiday so I decided to go all out and get the twelve watch winder for him. He is a watch collector…he has a ton of them, so filling all the slots was no problem lol. You’ll see in the videos varying amounts and styles as I took videos and husband getting his hands in there for rearranging them :) This box was big when it arrived fyi! It was really well packaged with good padding, then a great presentation of it in a nice clean white box, then a nice cloth bag, then foam…this would be an impressive gift for anyone!My video includes a lot of snippets of the features, how to use it, etc as well as photos at the end of the unboxing and some in-use pictures – I really encourage you to watch this to have a feel for this beautiful piece of craftsmanship. It is beautiful wood outside and nice feeling and looking materials that make the inside. This is a very smart unit with a lot of great features! I’m thrilled and so is my husband!

This is the second watch winders I have given as a gift. It stopped working in less than a month. I will never buy another one. I am glad I can return this one. This second one doubled in price and still is not working. Do not buy this product

Looks good. I’ve had it less than a week. but doesn’t keep winding the watchs after it’s been correctly set up. I’m going to have to have get it replaced

Horrible waste of time. Very poorly constructed and extremely difficulty to use . Did not work right out of the packaging. The color change feature is stuck on blue( should have 5 choices). The on/off switch automatically shuts off after 5 seconds requiring you to keep starting the programming all over again. The LED panel is literally a $.25 cent panel that doesn't work as stated. Way overpriced also. I spent almost $800 and couldn't be more disappointed. Time to pack back up and return it. Also note the other reviews , although they rated the product highly, for some reason , they both had to deal with mfg customer service? Something wasn't right.

Have had no complaint about the product until now. One my winders has stopped moving but the return policy has just expired so cannot return item for a replacement.
