Good Product and Excellent Customer Service
We have installed the motorized blinds for several months now and so far we're very happy about it.Pros:- Excellent customer service: They first came with slightly wider blinds than ordered. We ordered right before China's Covid shutdown and they made it right when they reopened, and not sure if that had an impact on their operations. Nevertheless, their customer service was extremely responsive and replied always as soon as they opened in China the same or following day depending on when you emailed them. When I first contacted them about possible return via Amazon, they immediately responded and gave me the option of either redo (without returning the wrong measurement ones) or refund/return. I took the redo option given that they seemed to take their service seriously. After I finally installed the motorized blinds with the correct items, I wasn't too clear about the setup and they again immediately responded with the clear YouTube video instructions every time. I saw that there was a one-star review that complained about them shipping the wrong remote and missing half the screws - I must say I'm skeptical of it warranting one-star for that since even if that did happen, all it takes is one email to ask them to resend the right items. Their reshipment to me was prompt and fast, and beyond the wrong measurement, not one single item was wrong or missing.- Great price: I've been shopping for a motorized blind for a long time, and while I haven't found one with exactly the same automation functionalities (esp. motorized tilt - hence I ordered from them despite initial hesitation with a remote purchase), I've found lesser ones that are considerably more expensive.- Good quality materials: The materials feel high quality and robust. While the casing is not the strongest as in metal cover, it feels robust and looks nice.Cons:- If your measurements are not exactly the same width as how the fabric was made, they would trim it short and so the edges are not necessarily well secured with a manufactured seam, though so far it seems to be fine.- While the installation is quite easy (I'm not a good handyman myself), it's still some extra work to install them yourself versus having someone to come install and set them up for you, though perhaps at a much higher price. After a few months of use, we've had no issues. We use them daily and so far no need to recharge yet (by plugging in a charging cable to the header as you would do with a phone) and everything like preset open and close works as advertised. Given my experience with their great customer service, I also feel comfortable that if there're any issues down the road, I would have no problem getting help from them.

Great motorized blinds
I ordered these for my entire house so I guess you could say I liked them. I wanted to wait for the batteries to need to be recharged before leaving a review and that just happened so now I can comment on the whole lifecycle of these. I really like the way they look and function. Was exactly what I was looking for.Pros:* Batteries last for a while and using the magnetic cables to charge them makes it not a big deal to do every couple of months.* Looks great and gives good privacy during the day. At night you can simply close them the rest of the way. If you leave them down and just alternate between these 2 modes the battery would last forever.* Remote works good, able to use them with GoogleHome (although GoogleHome could be improved)* Support has been great. Messages get responded to over night and they have sent me parts that I needed to replace the bluetooth with the zigbee motors.Cons:* On some that I had taken apart to replace the motor, they vibrate and are annoying. I think this is fixable if I tighten them.* On 3 of the blinds they get a little wrinkled which doesnt look great but its not a deal breaker either.* Would be nice if they were darker when completely closed but I understand with how they work thats probably not possible.I love these blinds. Highly recommend them.

Let the sun shine in everyday
These blinds mostly go in a large bow window configuration with 7 windows around. With the help of the excellent customer support via email (thx Michael and others), I was able to install 8 of these motorized blinds. We have 25-year-old Hunter-Douglas Silhouette blinds in the similar set of windows on the first floor, and these are very, very similar with the only barely noticeable difference as a shiny plastic film on the bottom insert of the blinds. We have recently bought two non-motorized versions of the blinds, and they are good, but not as good as this one.Putting blinds in casement windows, particularly Andersen 400's, is tricky. There are lots of places for the blinds to catch and snag. Pick the charger side to be the same as the locking mechanism. The bottom can also catch on the operator handle and cover. I trimmed a magic eraser to fit under to make that work. The blinds are narrower than the window, and I decided to make my own light blockers. For each window, I cut out a small rectangle from L-shaped trim from the local big box store for the locking mechanism on one side of the window and nailed with a nail gun. You can cover that notch with fabric, tape or something similar. USB cables can be kept permanently hanging inside some cable moulding. I did not get the Alexa-enabled version. The remote and a second remote are obnoxious to program with constant flipping and pressing of buttons. This is even more tedious for 7 blinds at a time. The manual has a number of errors, but the main programming is exactly right, and you have to carefully follow the instructions. The "angel" adjustment moves very slightly to adjust the "angle". I don't use that feature. The main up, down and middle buttons are all that I use on a regular basis. Up raises the blinds, of course, but it's not clear what down and middle are for this kind of blind. So "down" is the completely lowered but "open" vanes - translucent, see-through setting. The middle button requires holding down the button for 5 seconds, which seems unnecessary. The middle position must be somewhere between the up and the down position. I have set that middle button setting to be the lowered position with the vanes closed for maximum darkness. They have two kinds of remotes - one with the angle/angel control and one without. I prefer the simpler one, but you can just not use the other buttons. The blinds don't always respond at the same time, and if I just tap a button, I may find one or two blinds still in their original position. Holding the button down a couple seconds always seems to work though. The motors are noisier than I expected, but it's not outrageous. The most recent version we bought seems to be significantly quieter. When everything is all set up, you can press one button, and all the blinds open or go to one of the two lower positions to let some light in or block the light. Before these blinds, we rarely opened the previous blinds. Now, it's easy. We can get a great view of the outdoors everyday.
