I have to say these arch support are fantastic. The shoe inserts are made to be trimmed down to your right size. I suffered from plantar fasciitis so my shoes had pretty good arch support. The orthotic inserts are soft but still sturdy. You could walk for hours and will not feel a bit of foot pain.

I have self-diagnosed plantar fasciitis and it was recommended by a friend that I get some orthotics for my shoes. I chose this set and they have helped my heel pain tremendously! Glad I purchased them!

I have worn orthotics for years and I never have them in the right shoes, it seems. I bought these because the price was attractive and if they worked out I would get several more pairs to keep from constantly switching them back and forth between shoes. My feet felt instant relief the first time I wore these and you can bet I will be ordering several more pairs.

I will be buying a second pair so I don't have to keep switching them out with my other shoes. I have had high arches my entire life and decades later they are tired and need some support. This fits right up into that high arch like a good chair against your lower back--instant relief. They are extremely firm, I've only worn them for two long trail walks (45 minutes), and if I could find these with a combo gel on the heel I would be in Trail Walker Heaven. As it is, they work like a charm!

I have severe plantar fasciitis from super flat feet to the point I need surgery, but am teying to put it off. For years I have literally wasted thousands of dollars on custom orthotics from my doctor. Hands down these are the most comfortable orthotics I have tried and allow me to have more time on my feet. The arch support shoe insert is surprising. These shoe inserts men and women provide arch support but are not too thick in that area, so the shoe insoles really fit my shoes, I think they should work with most people's feet, too. Supportive insoles, great. This kind of insoles for plantar fasciitis is really easy to cut to fit my shoes.

Since they're full-foot rather than just heel through arch, they do take up more space in my shoes, but I love the stability and cushioning. I just got these today and put them in my 1-year-old HOKAs in place of my old Dr. Scholl's inserts, and I have been walking in them for 8 hours and they feel great. I love them.

I keep buying inserts. Have had them made for me etc.... Every person is different and these are by far the best for my foot pain. I order them four pair at a time. Great price too.
