I wore a black Speedo to give myself a tan line effect and it worked just as planned. Make sure to scrub the bottoms of your feet after words because you will be stepping abound in it and stain the bottom of your feet. If you leave it on too long the bottoms of your feet will be the tannest part of your body. I put Vaseline on my toes so that the spray didn't darken the cuticles, nails, and knuckles and I also used a typical latex glove to keep my hands safe from the spray. The tan is instant and you don't need to rub it in, but I did anyway. I was able to get every part front and back without help. I then scrubbed the heck out of the soles of my feet. It dried super fast and then I went to bed. The next morning I took a shower and saw the water had a pale brown tint for the first minute. But my tan held fast and looked fantastic. I didn't need to but I decided to do a second coat that night and darken it up. It got a few shades darker and still looked natural. One important trick is to not spray into the areas that don't get dark anyways, like up in the armpits and the underside of the forearm. Keep the applications to these areas very light if at all and it will look more natural. Also it is a good idea to wipe the tanner off of the knee caps and elbows so they don't get too dark either. Dark and even everywhere is always a tell tale sigh of a fake tan. Also on the second application I did not apply to the face and neck areas, most people don't need to tan those areas because they get enough sun. Review: Excellent even for fair skin..just know HOW to apply - This is the BEST self tanner on the market. Its great over a tan as you start to fade your natural tan AND its excellent on pure virgin fair skin that hasnt seen sun in months or years. The key to a great looking tan is in the application. The tan will last about 4-7 days. And once you have it going you can quickly respray every few days to keep it fresh. When you spray hold the can far enough away so that it doesnt apply the product too wet.. You dont want it to be streaky but ratner "mist" on your skin. I apply it and let it dry for 10 minutes then go back for a second coat being careful to watch how my skin feels.. If it feels too wet or tacky, the product is being applied too heavy. You dont want tanner running down your neck because you are too excited about how great you will look if you get REALLY tan today! Go slow..and yo will lobpve it. For me a 2 day spray process is best and i always apply at night then sleep in black clothes. This stuff DOES get all over sheets and bedding BUT will completely wash out.. Buy dark sheets if it bothers you. Its goes on with a bronzer so you can see where its being applied then the color intensifies overnight. **Q: wipe**
A: This is a good spray tanning product, but what I didn't like is 2 things.  The smell is pleasant, but I don't want to smell like a vanilla cookie all day.  The second thing is that there is bronzer transfer onto your clothing.  I sweat a lot and then it comes off and if you wear white, it will obviously be really noticable.  It does wash out OK, but I prefer to not have that constant transfer on my clothing.  I have 2 cans left that I will never use...if you buy it, just get 1 can.  I must say the color is really realistic.  I love the color, very natural!

**Q: I have a fair complexion, will this look too unnatural? With blonde hair and blue eyes, I want a nice tan but really don't want to look like a Snooki.**
A: I have blonde hair and green eyes, but have always been naturally tan. My skin tans really easy. I figured it was probably time not to tan outside so much and try and prevent skin cancer and I am really happy with the results. I don't feel like it makes me look orange at all. A couple days after is when you really see the natural color of it on your skin, and I absolutely love it!

**Q: How many full-body tans do you get from one 6oz bottle?**
A: It depends on how dark you want it, the good thing is you can see the color right away when you spray. For me, I get about 3 full body tans in one bottle and I like to be dark. It also lasts for a good amount of time.

**Q: If this gets on clothing or sheets does it easily come out in the laundry? Also, if I get some on my bathroom floor, does it clean off easily?**
A: Comes off of everything very easily from my experience. I sprayed myself or had someone spray me in my shower and it washed off just get a brush or rag to help get it off shower walls etc. Also off bed sheets and any clothes, from my experience it all came right out. :) Order more as we speak!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Self Tanner!

As someone who really loves the deep dark color associated with tanning, I always stayed away from self tanners, leery of the color I have seen other people receive due to using them. I have to say I am very impressed with this product! I reviewed tons of self tanners before settling on this one. It had so many reviews saying that it gave a nice dark brown color, I decided why not. First I showered, exfoliated and shaved as I read to do. After letting my body completely dry, I put generous amounts of lotion on my feet, ankles, knees, elbows and hands and I also applied some moisturizer to the dry spots on my face. I then put on gloves and began spraying. The first round I sprayed 10 in away from the body as recommended and actually rubbed the tanner on my face, as spraying so far away from my face did not give the result I liked. I then let my body dry for 20-30 mn before applying a loose t-shirt and some pajama pants. I waited two full hours and checked my allover body color. I had a nice light brown glow, but decided it wasn't as dark as I would like so I sprayed round two, although this time I sprayed much closer, so I had brown puddles, and rubbed in very quickly with my gloves on. I also sprayed a light spritz on my feet and I also sprayed each hand quickly. After another two hours the color I developed was very nice and dark. The next morning, after I showered I was still very tan and my body was a brown color with no orange and no streaking. It looks like my real color when I tan in the tanning beds! As for clean up of this product, I used it in the shower because I read the mist gets everywhere and it does. I just turned on the shower, rinsed the color down the drain, and as for the spots on the shower walls I sprayed some bleach on, let the bleach sit for a few minutes, and then I wiped clean. The color wiped clean, with no stains anywhere. I did the spray with gloves on, although I did manage to get some on my fingertips. I went and washed my hands once noticing the color. I scrubbed for a bit and the color did come off of my finger tips. The smell of this product is almost a chocolate/cookie smell which smelled great. I went to bed after letting my body dry from the second spray, and I did not notice any staining on my sheets or pajamas, and the smell was completely gone by morning time. This product is great, and I loved it so much I just ordered three more cans, and plan on staying out of the tanning bed. This is really easy to apply, and I definitely recommend for first time self tanners as it is so easy to apply! Will definitely be using this from now on--oh and so far the color has lasted four days, but I also apply Ocean Potion Ever Glow daily to extend the color.
