MemorySoft Memory Foam Travel Pillow, Neck Pillow with Travel Bag

I ride a bus to work everyday and use a neck pillow daily for the trip to and back from work. I was using the Evolution neck pillow for a while, but ended up losing it. While the Evolution pillow was good, it had some issues, so I decided to try a different one out. I came across this pillow by MemorySoft on amazon and thought that it looked promising and ended up ordering it. The pillow is great, but not perfect.Compared to the Evolution pillow, the MemorySoft pillow has a thicker back. This makes the MemorySoft more suitable for either a more upright position or if your seat has a deeper neck space. It would have been perfect on the previous bus that I was riding as the seat had a forward headrest that made it a bit hard on the neck. The foam on the MemorySoft is also firmer than the foam used on the Evolution Pillow. The firmer foam combined with the rather thick back does make it a bit uncomfortable when riding seats that reclines a decent amount. I'm hoping that as it breaks in, this issue disappears. I'm also hoping that the thicker foam turns out to be more durable... the Evolution pillow foam ended up splitting right down the middle in the neck area....The side of the pillow is great. It's big enough to hold your head in position, but also low enough that it isn't acting like a neck brace, completely immobilizing you. However, if you do want that neck brace effect, you can use the strings to tighten the neck pillow around your neck.On the whole, I do wish the foam was a little softer and the back portion to be a tad thinner, but depending on the seats that you're expecting to use it on, it can be great.

The cover on this pillow is soft and comfy, and it can be removed for washing. The snapping front is a great feature. Also, this pillow provides good support for the head, keeping the neck straight when sleeping, and avoiding strain caused by the head rolling uncomfortably to one side or the other. The storage bag will help keep the pillow clean when not in use. That's a plus! I have only two concerns regarding this product: I wish someone would make a memory foam pillow that is thinner where it fits behind the neck. Pillows this thick behind the neck force the head and neck into an uncomfortable position when used in a seat with a head rest that already sits slightly forward. My other concern is whether I can remove the cover from the memory foam form for washing without tearing it at the zipper. It seems the form would be difficult to remove and replace with the opening provided. However, this pillow works well in my vehicle and will provide the stability I need when dozing on a long drive. For me, the pro's outweigh the con's for this product.

I used this on a 14 hour flight to Thailand with my wife. We both had a lot of difficulty with this. i am 5'7, 135lbs and she is 5'4 and 100lbs. We both had the same issue: the pillow is too big. The padding is too big for our bodies and left a gap between our seat and our body. It was very uncomfortable. I think if you are a bigger size then it would work great, but for those smaller size people, this is not a good fit.On the plus side, the quality of the material is very good and the carry bag is a nice plus as well. Also, it was shipped very quickly.Unfortunately, we won't be using this again.

I purchased this pillow back in 2015 and this has been my only travel pillow (I take multiple flights a year that range from anywhere between 4-16 hours) and usually have a tough time sleeping on planes for more than 20-30 minute period before I wake up from discomfort.Pros:-Quality/durability - no sign of wear after 3+ years-Hygienic - has removal cover that can be easily thrown into the washer and dryer (cover is velvety soft which is a plus)Cons:The cons all reside within the functionality and comfort departments.-Too firm for my liking which makes it difficult for me to get comfortable-The back of the pillow (part that goes around the back of your neck) is too thick; this results in your neck being several inches away from the seat's head rest.-No chin support. I tend to lean my head slights towards the front during a good sleep, but unfortunately cannot get support for this position since the pillow is too tall ( I have a fairly long neck) and the "legs" of the pillow do not close fully.I've placed an order for the Design Go Ultimate pillow which will hopefully address the cons and will be retiring this travel pillow.

Pros: light-weight, comfortable neck pillow, clasp in front secures it during use, stuff bag is helpful for transport, makes sleeping on the move much more pleasantCons: if you need a lot of neck support, it may be to squishy to give you what you needI used this pillow during international travel and while camping. It certainly serves its purpose well.

This memory foam pillow really help me catch some sleep on my 14 hour flight to Australia. It is firm but comfy at the same time. The only thing is that you can’t wear headphones with it as the sides are high and you can’t wear the headphones. If you use earbuds then it won’t be a problem.

The pillow itself is pretty nice actually. I really love the smooth velvet felt of the cover, but the design does not prevent your head from falling forward. However, the most frustrating part is the bag that comes with the pillow: I put the pillow in the bag and hanged it on the handle of my backpack, and after 10 minutes the bag was torn apart from the bottom. Since this pillow does not have an elastic band for carrying around, its really bulky and inconvenient to travel with without the bag. I can't tell if thats just only my case or the bag design/manufacturing itself was bad, though. Glad they gave me a refund for returning the defective product.

El producto está bien, la almohada es de buena calidad, es firme, suave y con las costuras para adentro; además la bolsa ayuda mucho a transportarla. Sin embargo, en mi caso particular no ha resultado demasiado cómoda (la he usado durante un mes en un viaje muy largo en: aviones, autobuses, trenes, coches...).El gran problema que he tenido es que la parte posterior de la almohada es demasiado grande y hace mucha fuerza lo que te obliga a tener el cuello hacia adelante y en viajes largos (sobre todo en avión, que es la principal razón por la que he comprado la almohada...) te acaba dejando un dolor de cuello importante. En transportes con asientos menos grandes, como autobuses de trayectos cortos o coches en asientos traseros si que resulta útil porque está parte trasera grande compensa la ausencia de acolchados de estos asientos.

I ordered this neck pillow last minute for my long-haul flight to Australia. I had previously ordered the J-pillow because I had read some really good reviews of it. However, I quickly returned it as it wasn't that comfy to rest on.The memorysoft pillow arrived just in time for my flight and I was not disappointed! The velour on the pillow is really silky and soft and feels very luxurious! The memory foam in the pillow is great too and is very comfy to rest your neck on. My whole family has tried it and they all loved it! The toggle on the front is also a great addition as it means even if your head lolls forwards, your neck will still be supported. Would definitely recommend.

My wife has arthritis in her neck and car travel aggravates this. This pillow helps considerably with this problem but it takes a little time to appreciate this and to stop bracing yourself against going round corners as the pillow provides support.It is soft and not unpleasant to wear.Delivery was very quick.Highly recommended product.
