I love this product. Helps my blood sugar level to be at a normal range

I am pre-diatetic and have used this product for a month and it really helped to bring my sugar level down. I am currently on it for a second month. For the first month, I took one pill after each meal. Starting this month, I only take it after dinner since we eat really late. I did a glocuse test last week and my sugar level has decreased to a manageable/healthy level.

Shipment arrived promptly and since this is the first time we've used Bitter Melon I can't offer an opinion about how effective it is. We combine it with Gymnema Sylvestre to help with lowering the blood sugar of type 2 Diabetes.

Didn't see any difference in sugar levels
