Cheap metal attachment; will break.
At first, I really liked this towel rack. Then it would not stay horizontal under any light pressure; it would rotate downward. After determining it was the the rod swiveling on the base, I took it apart again and tried to tighten the bolt attached to the arm and extending through the stand-off piece into the base. It broke of the arm easily. Since I purposely bought one that attached to the cabinet by screws instead of adhesive, this is doubly irritating. Presumably of Chinese construction, so should have known. Too late to return. $13 shot, and I have no towel holder.

Works great, easy install, just as advertised.
Works perfectly to hang necklaces and other jewelry in my closet! Also, the instructions were brief (it’s not hard to install at all), but I really liked that they included the size of the drill bit needed to drill holes for the wall anchors. Usually things like this don’t give specifics like that and it made it so much easier to not play the drill bit guessing game!

Hung 5 of these
I hung 5 of these throughout the bathrooms in the house. I prefer an open ended towel bar and these seem to be one of the few in a style that I like on the market right now. They seem to be sturdy as we have been using them for about 2 weeks with no issues.Install is is bit of a challenge due to the hidden hardware. First, you install a backplate (which is easy). Then, you hold the towel bar up over the plate, level it, and screw in the tiny exposed screw along the bottom with a hex wrench. You cannot let go of the towel bar until its almost fully tightened because otherwiese it will fall off. You cannot turn the hex wrench fully around because its too close to the wall, so you have to keep taking it in and out of the tiny screw. It takes a full minute or more to do this step. My husband got so frustrated because the screw is tiny and the wrench is tiny and he dropped it (had to let go of everything and start over). So, I installed them all. Installers will need to have patience and expect install to take 5-10 minutes each bar.But after install, it does seem nice. I will update my review later if we have issues.

Not bad for what I wanted
So far it’s great. I had to find something to replace the broken one bar handle I had. As you see in the other photo, I have tile on my wall, and only one screw to work with. Seeing this I thought it would work out pretty good. The directions says to drill two screws, but the one screw I had in the wall was fine. I just used the new screw that came with this handle. If I add pressure it will turn, but my plan was to only have my hair towel and a wash cloth on it. So I’m happy I both both sides.

Sturdy and sleek
We used this series of bath accessories to help modernize our bathroom in a new house and are very pleased. The towel bar looks like it wouldn't mount solid, but it really does. The bracket can be attached with 2 or 3 screws. I used 2, since it went into a stud. The kit includes the screws, wall anchors for drywall and plaster, and an allen wrench for securing the towel bar to the bracket. So far, we're pleased with the look and function of this, the double towel bar, and some of the towel hooks. The look and feel is durable, but with a pleasant appearance.

Decent but shotty mounting hardward
Seems sturdy enough bit don't waste time with included anchors with threads. I predrilled the holes and using a manual screwdriver the head disintegrated on both. Luckily I had similar higher quality ones that worked. Then after dealing with that one of the included screw heads still had metal in it making me unable to use it with a screwdriver. Again had my own screws I used. This simple of an item should not have these issues. Overall it fit well and seems like it will hold up well. Time will tell for sure.

Good for My Application
In this case, I needed to keep the towels hanging near the sink away from the light switch so I could access it easily. I already had holes in wall from previous towel holder which kept the switch hidden. This fit the bill and looks nice and modern. It has a slight pivoting movement up and down when installed, not due to the mounting to the wall but rather in the mount itself. However, it is not too bothersome and doesn't happen unless you push down on end with some force.

Overall, good
I really wanted a hand towel bar that was open on one site (not a full ring). That is why I picked these bars. I ordered and hung five.Pros:They look goodThey are open on one side, which makes it easy to add/remove my towelsCons:A bit hard to install due to having to install hidden bracket and then using tiny hex screw to hold on outer bar (this seems to be the standard for fixtures now, as opposed to exposed screws).1 of my 5 bars is loose and will not fully tighten. No problems with the other 4.

Easy installation and looks great
I bought this hand towel bar to go with my Grohe Essentials series in my bathroom. Complements the series perfectly, at half the cost. Very happy with this look.

Towel holder
It looks good in my bathroom. I have 2 sinks, so I purchased a left and right to have for each sink. It was a good price.
