I’m really impressed with this. I’m on my second pack and I will be buying more. The consistency is great and the taste is way better than anything I’ve had before. I’m lactose intolerant and nearly all the normal versions have milk powder of some type in. I saw the review about taste and decided to try it out. The other reviews were right. I admit I didn’t expect to feel full but I was and the added bonus was an energy boost too. If I ate a sandwich for lunch I’d want to be asleep all afternoon so a boost is a major bonus. I’m on the go a lot at work so it’s ideal. I’d say the fullness wears off after 4 hours. That works for me. I feel it’s a bit expensive but I’m hooked now. I’ve tried the chocolate as well as the chocolate salted caramel. Im a little nervous of trying the other flavours as it is expensive and I’m worried I won’t like them. Wish they did a little taster pack with single portions to try them out. I had a sample of brownie balls in first order and wow they were gorgeous but again seem expensive but I may buy them for hikes. This is an outstanding product. Only annoyance is there’s a chalky white ingredient that won’t dissolve. But it’s a very small amount per drink.

After taking a long time to pick a gluten-free dairy-free meal replacement shake, I decided to go for this one. I think its important to use a blender to avoid any lumps or powdery aftertaste, but either way I didnt have that issue, blended with almond and soy milk. Liked both Vanilla and Salted Caramel. Note however that I do have a sweet tooth, so would not know if this was "too sweet" for others. It tasted fine to me.Most important, it kept me feeling full and stopped my anxious snacking through the day. It also helped to take this with me on working days when I'm on location and can't be sure to find food safe for me (gluten-free, dairy-free). It was an added bonus to discover I'd lost half a kg in weight after two weeks of use, mind that weight loss was not my target. But great all the same.

Great taste - helped aid weight loss

Have tried quiet a few different shakes, and this one tastes quiet nice, not too powdery and tastes lovely.

Tastes very nice, but only available in one size which is expensive for what it is. I won't be reordering

I've tried many weight loss products, and this is the only one that hasn't caused stomach issues. Actually felt full after. To my surprise just replacing breakfast with this for a week I've lost 5bl. So I'm impressed. Only downside it's expensive for just 500g, hence only 4 star rating, otherwise would of been 5.

(typing this on behalf of my husband as he wouldnt have been as polite in the review as I would be)What a let down, couldn't taste salted caramel let alone chocolate, had more of a coconut taste, very powdery even after leaving for a short while. also an unpleasant aftertaste. tried it with both water and milk, neither helped, this is has got to be the worst tasting and most expensive meal replacement we have ever had, the only possitive thing I can say about it is, it quelled our appetites for hours
