This was my first time purchasing from this company, and I was pleased with the quality of this knife. The handle is wonderfully colored, while the blade itself has a beautiful pattern that perfectly captures the style associated with Damascus steel.I only have two disappointments with this knife:1) The metal at the top of the handle already has some oxidation, despite having been kept in a dry environment since coming out of the box. I would have hoped oxidation would take longer to appear.2) The force needed to activate the unlocking mechanism is higher than necessary. Certainly, some force is justified to prevent accidentally unlocking the knife while holding it, but the requisite force is quite high.Other than these issues, the knife is spectacular in my opinion. I own several knives, as I collect knives that I find to be visually striking, and this one has been a great purchase so far. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future knife purchases - both for myself and as gifts for others.Final note: this purchase also included a smaller knife (of course, made of what appears to be stainless steel rather than Damascus!), a sharpening rod, and a leather carrying case - great value considering everything seems of high quality.

This is a beautiful knife. My husband has bought one for his son and when it came in he was thrilled with the look and the quality so he ordered two more for his friends. He is unaware that I ordered one for him and am looking forward to his opening his this time. Do note that it comes in oiled and you do need to clean it up. The sheath that comes with is is also quite nice. Overall a really nice gift.

The sheath is way too small. So small it's useless for the knife.

Knife was broken when it arrived. I submitted a report and requested a replacement. No reply or return.
