I've measured 60# on the temp spare, by chance not reset it, and when I next used the gauge several DAYS later it was still exactly the same. I'm happy to report this, as losing the reading was an issue with my Deluxe model that JACO immediately replaced. Both now hold readings, but I've not 'tested' how long for the Deluxe. Certainly, my Elite Pro holds its reading as well as anyone could expect -- thanks, JACO! **Q: Where it made** A: Says Made in China on box like so much in America today but quality appears good! **Q: This gauge looks amazing, is it constructed from brass?** A: Yes, the housing of the gauge is constructed from brass (stem and chuck), the bezel and body are constructed from steel - as you can see, it's built to last! **Q: Can I use it to deflate excess pressure?** A: Yes, the button just below the dial is used to deflate and to reset the dial between readings.
