(I’m trying to improve my brain fog).I measure out the dose with a metal teaspoon and STIR WITH A WOODEN SPOON, per the directions.As long as I use enough water – at least 300ml = 10.5 ounces – the powder dissolves completely. I continue to stir while I drink it down. ZERO TASTE!After my first dose, I had a burst of energy, followed by a serious lull. I've been doing a zeolite cleanse for 2 mos. I plan on doing one more month. I love this zeolite. No weird aftertaste (to me anyway) Yeah, it tastes kinda earthy but nothing like a chemical or gasoline backtaste/burp. (like another brand that is selling on Amazon) Ok it's a little pricey esp now that their prices have gone up but hey, what's the alternative? Feeling run down, memory issues, immune system or gut problems etc? I've been doing 1 LEVEL tbsp = 3x/day I started at 2x/day but within a week I began having aching and tired feeling, loss of appetite so i tried 1 extra tbsp and my sympts went away. The key is taking enough to not have sympts. Too much tho and it will cause constipation. My advice is to eat plenty of cruciferous vegs (spinach, broc,caul,brussels etc), maybe some fiber tabs now and then and drink TONS of water. A lot of water is a key element to carrying the toxins out. Wimpy water drinking is not allowed on a zeolite cleanse.. I carry a 96 oz motivational water bottle and always empty is by dinner time and end up drinking 42 more oz by bedtime. Plus the vegs keep "it" moving. haha Anyway, this brand is the best on the market. I trust their purity and integrity. Thats important for me. PS do your research before you take the zeolite cleanse. It's very important to understand exactly what you are doing and what to expect. Have a good cleanse!

I'm an awful supplement taker. I always have good intentions and I might even stick with it a couple days, but I never fail to fall off after not too long because I forget about it, even when the bottles are right in front of me. I've done a decent job at cleaning up my diet recently and I've begun to feel better physically. The issue is that I spend 10 hrs a day at my computer working. Zero energy, don't get enough exercise, high levels of stress, etc. I've taken different products, i.e. diatomaceous earth, high doses of iodine, etc, for detoxing with achingly slow progress until I fall off of that bandwagon as well.I took a very small amount of the zeolite the night before last, as I was worried about taking too much and having detox symptoms. After work yesterday, I felt like I had weights strapped to my ankles. It hit me that I was probably detoxing, so I looked up detoxing symptoms with zeolite. I read that you need to take way more, not less which baffled me as it is the opposite of anything I've been through before with detoxing symptoms. I doubted that the source was correct, so I did more digging. Taking more seemed to be the general consensus all the way across the board, so I took 2 level teaspoons. Within 2 minutes the detox was gone, so I took another 3 tsps. It was like a veil was lifted from my brain. I could hear my brain cells screaming "HALLELUJAH!!" as they began doing burpees in my head and I began having thoughts of pulling out a HIGHLY technical and in-depth book that I've struggled to grasp the concepts of over the past year. I even had a small burst of energy which overpowered the educational impulse, so I took all my dogs outside and played ball with them to exercise, which was a huge pattern break. I began suspecting that I would not be able to sleep, yet I slept like a baby and woke up feeling great. Drinking my first cup of coffee right now and when I'm don, I'll be taking my next dose. I'm hopeful that I've found my saving grace. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Will update as I move forward.
