My waist is 36 so I ordered the XL which is supposed to be 37" - 43". After wrapping it around my stomach there is only 2 inches of velcro connected. So the size definitely runs smaller than listed. If you are 32" waist you should get the XL not the L. Otherwise it is good quality. It's lightweight and has a little stretch to it which allows for better compression.

I bought the XL because the description said it was good for 33-40" waists. At the lower end of that, it provided no compression. I can stick my hand easily between it and my skin.

Well, I ordered larger size, 37" +, thinking I could tighten it more, but velcro only held atv37" Mark, and above. I needed the smaller size for 36" waist. Not much rigidity for the back either. I needed an upgraded devise for back support.

I like it a lot for my exercises it hold very well the form and help me to hod my back.Good product

Doesn't fit as expected

Size does not fit as described, has strong odor.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It's a good quality back brace that's adjustable and sweat proof.
