Back2Crawl Professional Series Bear Crawl Horizontal Exercise Machine, Black

I love my b2c exercise machine! :) I'm not one who likes to exercise a lot and so I really like that I'm getting fit and feeling great by only using the machine for 5 minutes a day for 3 days a week (been at it for 6 months now) - I do the first 3 minutes in basic "crawling" mode and recently have advanced to the actual "bear crawl" for about a minute (that's a tough one :) But I love how this machine challenges me yet I'm done before I know it and so I don't have a hard time returning to it. I also recently started just doing regular "bear crawls" on our hardwood floor and was amazed that I had the strength to do them (all from the b2c machine! :) Ok, I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with the whole idea of exercise. I also tend to read a lot so this is definitely getting me limber and strong again! I just love it! :) Hope this review has been helpful.P.S. Don't let age scare you - I just recently turned 5-0 - and was the very reason I thought I'd better get serious about some form of exercise :)

I am about to put it together, I just hope all of the pieces are there since the packing containing the bolts/washers etc was burst open and i had to search carefully to find what i hope is all the pieces. I had to super glue one piece of plastic together that a screw is supposed to go into as my first act of assembly. (Just finished putting together and all pieces are there !)

This machine has the potential to be to be great if it were redesigned. The computer needs to be more user friendly, the handles need to slim down, it needs adjustable resistance in two forms you should be able to adjust the angle of the machine similar to a treadmill and you need to be able to adjust exertion needed to move machine like you do with bike. The parts need to be made of a material that is sturdier than plastic. The positions need to be able to adjust to the height and reach of an individual. Honestly you would get better fitness from a good pair of walking shoes or a swimming pool

Some of the details on this unit are a bit poorly designed, and the packaging (or lack thereof) failed to protect one of the decorative parts (back bumper), but the operation is smooth, and I DO recommend this machine because it does what it was created to do: it strengthens and stretches the back muscles. There is a tiny bit of a learning curve, as this is unlike any machine most of us will ever climb into, but the learning curve is short lived.I am now using this unit on a daily basis. The learning curve is steep, but attainable with persistence. Great workout for back and abs.

Pros: heck of an exercise machine. It does what it is advertised to do. It took me some time to get used to it. My neck, back, and hips were very fatigued even after two weeks, but man, does this thing work you good.Cons: IT SQUEAKS....and badly. The packaging could have been better as one of the plastic bumpers broke during shipping.

Great machine. Good quality, comfortable, easy to use, very effective for my fitness regimen. Challenging. You'll feel the burn fast. Originally bought the cheaper home series one, but this pro version is much better. Got the idea after idolizing Ivan Drago's training montage in Rocky IV!
