A perfectly healthy plant
I have been looking for this plant locally and was amazed to find it on Amazon. Gave it a try and so glad I did. It's already blooming and looks great. Was even bigger than I expected. Thank you!

Great plants
Because of mixed reviews, I only ordered two Baptisia Australis, which were delivered mid-April after a few days delayed in a local shipping warehouse. They looked like 6-inch white shoots, laying flat. I planted them that same day and within about two days they were upright and turning green. So I ordered 3 more which were delivered mid-May, and they were beautiful, leafy plants right out of their boxes. One even had blooms. So I ordered 6 more, delivered end of May, and they are also beautiful. All 10 plants (I gave one to a friend) are planted and all are thriving. All of them are about 18"-24" tall now, full of leaves, and a few blooms, including the first two that had a rough delivery.I'm very pleased and would definitely order from here again.

They arrived in perfect healthy condition
About a month ago I ordered 2 Baptisia. One blue and one yellow. They both arrived in perfect condition and were healthy right out of the gate. I actually didn't get them planted for about 2 weeks after that and they never faltered in that time. They are now fully up and blooming and are just gorgeous. I am very happy with this seller for the simple fact that I was quickly sent healthy plants that thrived in no time. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Did not survive
Arrived with some green so I was hopeful. It certainly was not as leafed out as some review photos on here.. I watered it and planted it. but coming out of the pot it had very weak looking roots. Within days it had died down to nothing with no sign of any growth or prior existence. Circled area is where it was amongst other thriving plants… i was really looking forward to the pop of yellow. I did click on the link for customer support and submitted details and photo but have not heard from them…seems others have had that same experience, too. Baptisia are very hardy and I have one that I grew from a small cutting that has thrived with zero care or attention so this seems to have just been a weak plant.

A very healthy plant
I am very pleased with this live, potted perennial shrub I received. It had to wait until my house was repainted before it could be planted in a permanent spot, and it survived nicely. I may seriously consider buying plants through Amazon again.

Arrived diseased but don't lose hope
I guess I only submitted a photo to support my return case but these arrived diseased and died shortly after. I tried again due to good reviews and yet, again, same thing. After being refunded twice and losing hope, I put these two pots outside during the fall and far away from my other plants.Sometimes neglect has yielded miracles.I gave absolutely no effort during the winter and freezing Temps, still kept in the same pot.To my surprise, they are growing back!!Here's something I've tried and learned from over the years- if a plant is deemed dead, put it in the ground or leave in the pot with a conscious in case you come back to find a sprout! Sometimes plants do their plant things so let nature handle it.To be a little more specific, I did cut them all the way down. With this one and being worried about a disease, I cut it completely down to leave no foliage for anything to feast upon.

Vendor won't respond
I ordered 3 of the same plant. They were well packaged and two arrived already beginning to sprout; the 3rd showed no signs of life. But it was early in the season so I had hope. I planted all 3. The first 2 took off quickly and are beautiful; very pleased with these. But the 3rd never did anything; no sign of life. Stuff happens and it's understandable to have the occasional dud, but what's more disappointing is I have tried contacting the vendor 3 times, giving them a week to respond each time, and they will not respond. SMH.
