I bought this for an eight year old fire pit. Works great and easy to install.

Needed to replace the parts on the fire table and this worked great!

My wife found a propane fire pit at the curb in a neighborhood. A unit that likely sold for $500-$700 new. 30” round bowl with a granite lip. About 4’ in diameter and 25” high. Of course, it didn’t work ... save for the igniter. Originally, I was going to replace part by part until I got it working as I wasn’t real sure where the issue was. But, I saw this kit ... ended up being a less expensive route. So, swapped everything out, cleaned the bowl and lava rock, and tada! Works great! So, for about $65 we have a propane fire pit in our yard.

I used this to repair a gas fire table that someone was giving away. It was clear that the guts of the previous one had caught fire so I took everything out. This was a simple replacement job and included all parts I needed save for an igniter and everything worked fine out of the box. But bear in mind that there are no instructions for this. Also others mentioned it going out after being lit - make sure to hold the knob in for 20-30 seconds after lighting so the thermocouple opens completely and it will stay lit. If it won't stay lit still, check the thermocouple to make sure it's attached and located correctly near the burner.

I got everything to fit, sort of. But the valve will not stay open. When you push in the knob to open the valve to light the burner, the valve instantly turns off when released. There is no position to where it stays open to continue flame. Maybe it’s just me. But cannot return due to window of opportunity closed.

The gas line on my fire tower had cracked and could not find one locally. This kit came with everything I needed to fix it. I did not use the thermocouple since my was still good. The gas feed tube is a little long, but for a generic kit it does not bother me. If your fire pit or other gas appliance needs this type of valve, this would be a solid purchase. Installed Dec 2021

Got it make sure things are in right spot for get my fist one

I ordered several smaller components…nothing fit so went with this…..now the part that goes into the gas hose does not fit!!!! I either find the right adapter or send this whole thing back. Why is this so hard!
