Decent but very hard to gauge the cooking length. No matter what you do some of it will be too soft and some very hard. Barely any filling.

My kids LOVE these. My 4y old requests them for breakfast some days :) he's also learning to cook with this easy/quick dinner:I pre cook the pasta, bring to a boil then cook slowly on a simmer (helps soften the filling) until just barely al'dente.For the sauce, we use 1 can of tomato paste, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp each salt/pepper/oregano & 1 tps sugar - incorporate about 5/6 paste cans of water. mix in the precooked tortellini and heat. top with grated hard cheeses (parm/romano/etc). makes a perfectly quick & yummy weekday meal with shelf-stable ingredients!
