Preparation for Eternal Life - The Truth of the Holy Torah, Judaism, Ethics and Repentance Hardcover

I have been a long time listener, supporter and fan of the lectures of HaRav Yosef Mizrachi, Shlita, for over 10 years. I even penned 18 songs that promote the work he does to bring back lost Jewish souls to do teshuvah/return to do the will of G-d and they are hardcore emet/truth, just like his lectures. You can read the text to 14 of them on his English Facebook page, and look them up under the title, "Inspirations For The Soul by Sarah-Hadassah."I received this book and 1st skimmed through it briefly and alot of what is in there, I heard in HaRav's lectures, so why would I get it?1- I can't listen to CD/internet lectures on Shabbat and Yom Tovim/Jewish Holidays, so this is good to read during those times.2- No matter how many times you watch/listen/attend a lecture on even the same subject, you can learn something new you have not heard before, so don't be so arrogant to think/say, "I already heard/know this." The Torah is wider and deeper then the ocean and you can learn/study your whole lifetime on just the 1st letter of The Torah, ב/Bet and would still not be done.3- It gives chizuk and inspiration, even for those like me who are already living according to the emet for many years and yet, we all need a dose daily of mussar/rebuke as an antidote/antibiotic to counter the very strong nature of the yetzer hara/evil inclination who always tries to get in the way of us making repentance.No one is immune from the undercutting of the satan and his slick ways to get us to sin, so we have to continue to learn, study, know and practice The Truth!4- What better way to get an encapsulation of all the best and strongest lectures from HaRav Mizrachi where he quotes from The Torah proof to everything he says, which by the way is not his opinion, but only and always from The Torah (although you may like to believe it is his words, so you can have an excuse not to observe what it says).He also has in there real stories that he has shared in his lectures relative to the topic at hand, so you can relate to what is said. Everyone must read this book, especially those who need to wake up from their fantasy land/slumber and fake, phony materialistic life that focuses on the vanities of this world that are fleeting, finite and futile. Also, they need a good "brainwashing," to clean out all the dirt that they learned in their lives that is against Hashem and a "spiritual cancer" to the soul.5- I can tell/read to others what is says in there, if they will not get the book themselves, and in my honest opinion, if the hardcore strong "in your face" words of rebuke don't get a person to change, then nothing will! You may think HaRav Mizrachi is extreme, fanatic, crazy, over the top, etc, but if you would actually read all 5 Books of The Torah from cover to cover and even just the basic definition in English from a reliable source - meaning Artscroll, you would see, Hashem "means business," and isn't soft or sugar coats what will happen to those who don't observe the mitzvot.I suggest you start with the Parasha/weekly reading on Shabbat of Bechukosai in Sefer/Book Vayikra/Leviticus and then read the whole Sefer Devarim/Deuteronomy, where Moshe Rabbeinu spoke to Am Yisroel/The Nation of Israel weeks before his passing, as a "last will & testament," which he repeats the laws/commandments, history of Yisroel and also warns them of pitfalls they may encounter as they enter into Eretz Yisroel/Land of Israel and inspires them to "rise to the occasion," and overcome.HaRav was told by an autistic boy that he was chosen specifically by Hashem for this tafkid/purpose, to bring people to do teshuvah. By the way, so many non-Jews have either become Jews by choice or Bnei Noach/followers of 7 Noahide laws due to the influence of Rabbi Mizrachi and his CD's that reach all corners of the world and even the remotest places you can think of and those people "beg" to convert once they hear the Truth and willing to give up everything in their lives to do so. Tell me - what is wrong with this "picture???"The Achmeds, Tonys, Josés, Christines, Sylvias and Fatmahs want to be Jews and the Jews themselves are doing everything they can to talk, dress and act like the non-Jews??? What will you have to say to Hashem, when your neshama/soul gets to The Olam Ha'Emet/World of Truth??? You will not know where to hide, as there is no place to do so!!! That is why the time is NOW while you are still alive in this world to make the changes necessary to gain a "golden ticket" to a life of eternity in Olam Haba/World to Come!Get this book NOW - read it, re-read it and re-read it, until you know it by heart and is imprinted in your brain and can quote it to others who are doubters & naysayers.Next - share it with others, or better yet, buy then a gift for their birthday, anniversary or just because you care and do not want their soul to end up in a abysmal state/fate that no one can even begin to comprehend what it means, even if they read Masechet Gehennom/Hell in the book Reishit Chochmah - reading it is one thing and is very scary, and I listened to a lecture on this from Rabbi Yaron Reuven, that is on the internet, but if you end up "living it," in reality there can be nothing worse.Woe to us from The Day of Judgement! Woe to us from The Day of Judgement!It is your choice, so choose life for your neshama in Olam Haba!Endless gratitude, appreciation and thanks to HaRav Mizrachi for approx. 25 years of being a true soldier/warrior of HaKadosh Baruch Hu/The Holy One Blessed is He. HaRav never backs down or gives in to the bluff/fluff of this world of lies and only share The Emet the way it is written by Hashem in The Torah. May you, Rabbi Mizrachi, go from strength to strength and Hashem bless you with everything you need to continue to do His ratzon/will and that the time will come very soon where you will not need to "convince" the masses with proofs, as they will run to learn Torah, with the coming of Moshiach/Messiah, speedily in our days, Amen!

I’m currently in the process of converting to Judaism. I heard Rabbi Mizrahi speak of his book along with other commentators on YouTube who also mentioned it. It’s absolute essential reading! Rabbi Mizrahi is an expert at rewireing your logic with his dynamic quotes and stories. I bought several more to hand to friends. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. DONT BUY ONE BUY TWO!!!!!!!! P.S. if your interested in learning more about Judaism I suggest getting Rabbi Benjamin Golans book “welcome to Judaism”

For any jew who wants to know the truth. Why am I down here? what's my mission in this world? Where am I heading? Reward and Punishment. It's not about I am a good person, It's not about I don't hurt anybody. It's about what Hashem wants from us, and not what we imagine or dream. One's eternal life or not depends on one's actions, and this book explains the basics.The truth, just the truth in this concise and well-explained book that any Jewish person should read at least once.You won't tell you didn't know, because, in the heavenly court, it's not an excuse!
