Vendor worked with supplier to honor warranty
vendor worked with me to get supplier (Somfy} to get a replacement after unit failed. Great service and would not hesitate to order anything from this vendor. Service was great

Truly automatic
Works perfect using the sun sensor to tell outside blinds to come down to block the late western sun and automatically rise when the falls low in the horizon. The wind sensor has raised the blinds in higher wind a few times. (Be sure placement allows wind to be detected).Note that purchase of a separate special remote is required to turn the sun sensor feature on and off. The basic Somfy remote that came with the blinds didn't work.

Overpriced for sure but 1/2 useful. BEWARE
Overpriced for sure but 1/2 useful.BEWARE: the sun sensors functionality is TURNED-OFF from the the factory and you will not be able to use it unless you also have one of the following remote controls: "Telis 1 Soliris" (P/N 1810635) or "Telis 4 Soliris" (P/N 1810648). Each of those will cost you about $180 list price. Majority of shade controls sold in the USA are sold with the Telis 1 or Telis 4 (P/N 1810633) remotes (note missing word Soliris in the name) that cannot operate the Soliris sensor. The only function that does work without purchasing additional equipment is the Wind Sensor. And inddeed it works and might save you from some problems created by the wind.Question to SOMFY: what were you thinking?Question to Sunsetter (shade manufacturer using Somfy)): why do you supply wrong remote?
