Didn't care for it. Recipes ok, TV series better

Not as easy to read and use in e version as I'd hoped

I really enjoyed watching the series on Netflix and was so happy to see that the book could be purchased with all the lovely recipes that we saw in the series. Can't wait to try them all!!

I really like this book. I’m enjoying the tv series and couldn’t wait to make some of the recipes. There are some recipes with a lot of ingredients and some which look as though they’ve be hard to source. Some absolutely delicious ones though. I’ve made the luxury fish pie (amazing), chicken curry with raita, the dotty crumble with cardamom custard (my kids went crazy for the custard) and I’m trying the prawn curry tonight (not making the Thai red paste from scratch though) Thoroughly recommend this book if you like cooking and making an extra effort once in a while!

My parcel arrived early which was p. As we are having to reign in the money this year due to change in circumstances it gets you thinking how to cut down on waste while the cost of meals is rising. Plus only buying what you need and getting enjoyment in cooking and eating too. I will admit I have cut wastage and with a few changes anything is possible. If you buy this book you wont be disappointed. Also we rarely have takeouts, and my partner helps as I cook more he washes up like on the programme getting some help it makes you know its all appreciated. Thank you Amazon for your deliveries.

Bought as a gift for a very keen cook. Glad it came early as I have been able to have a good read. I like it and will be trying some of the recipes myself.
