A recipe book would be nice
The media could not be loaded. It didn’t come with a recipe book. I found a recipe online and used 2. 5 cups of bread flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 150ml of water. After it was done kneading, it wouldn’t go through to the extruder after I removed the divider. I turned off the machine and took the dough and divided it into 2 portions then it took almost 45 seconds for it to go through the extruder. I got pretty nice long noodles from it (see video) but then they all broke when I boiled them with minimal stirring. Any suggestions to keep the noodles from breaking ? Thanks!

Ok
Works, just not perfectly and not every time.This ok 3 of us and we never figured out why the dough would not evacuate the machine. We had to stop it shove the dough in the front let it make the pasta then repeat. Hand rolled and cut the rest and haven’t used it since .

Which doesn't come with any recipes, first few times made the noodle unsuccessfully, until I brought a book of noodle making recipe, finally successed. Plus some dough will goes into the back of the container, other than that so far is ok.

I have not used the product yet but the manual is so basic that it does not even describe the different attachments for making different kinds of past nor give step to step advice as to how to make pasta...worthless

Too much for just an extractor that needs your help
Too much for just an extractor....and not a very good one.It’s does a really bad job of mixing. Then the extraction needs help all along the way. You have to stop the machine to “help” the dough get pulled into the extractor. As it is I’m back to making the dough myself and then feeding it into the extractor, pushing it down every minute or so. I would do more homework and find another machine that does the whole job.

Great machine, no instructions
After some time to play with the machine, we got it up and running. Machine worked as expected, but with no helpful instructions from the manufacturer
