We all want to do our bit to reduce plastic waste, I have made various changes such a shampoo and Conditioner bars, bars of soap. Now body cream. Ethique is quite pricey but this does the job and smells divine.

It’s recommended that you apply it after a shower in slightly damp skin. However, I tried it out last night on dry skin and it worked perfectly. My skin still feels nicely moisturised and soft 12 hours later. It’s very easy to apply.

I used to buy this from the store of direct website of the company. The butter block consistency when you slide over the skin feels a bit different, it tend to shrink in small pieces when usually just melt over and you only need to rub it on the skin. I've checked the expiry date and is one month after the date of my purchase, so I guess that might be the reason

Bought as a gift for a friend, who was very pleased to receive it and says it is effective and pleasant to use.

I don’t love this one. I usually buy body bars at lush, but had to look online during isolation rules. This is much softer and so melts a bit during the day, even though it’s March? I’m also not enjoying the fragrance which I expected to be a bit tropical but just smells sour.

Easy to apply. Very moisturising and amazing smell

I have bought a soap and a make up remover bars from this brand. I was very happy with both, so I decided to get the body butter as well. I can not stress how disappointed I was to see my skin flare up with red patches overnight. I have sensitive skin, however, I have never had a reaction like this before. I have been to GP and she ruled out that the cause may very well be the product. I have not used it since and have not had any problems. It took a week to get rid of though, very very disappointed and decided to check the ingredients list. There are a couple of controversial ingredients in there, which can cause the allergy. So not buying this again.

I bought this to try as I've been loving lush bars recently and ethiquie seems to have a good range of products. Unfortunately the quality is no where near what I've received from lush. The bar is too soft, and dents when you pick it up, but then almost crumbles in your hand when you try to use it. It doesn't spread evenly at all.I'll be sticking to lush.
