I am trying to steer away from plastic use as much as I can and found that this product was unnecessarily wrapped in plastic. As for the bar, lathers well but when you rinse the skin its feel too squeeky (not neccessarily good when it comes to skin). When directly applied to skin doesn’t glide very well, the smell is ok but not great. Will finish the bar but will not buy again.

The soap is decent in the fact that it doesn't dry your skin and it is good for people with sensitive skin. But you know how most soap will dry while it's not being used? Well this soap is just constantly, permanently wet and it kind of melts on my sink so it doesn't look great. It is also a nightmare to then clean off your sink. This permanent wetness also means that when you do use this soap it falls apart in your hand in small pieces, which probably means it won't last long. I've barely used it a week and it is already half it's original size.

I am trying so hard to ditch plastic and bought this expensive soap for its green credentials. It comes in a cardboard box but that box was wrapped in plastic! (The amazon container was cardboard for the record.) What is the point of marketing yourselves as a environmentally friendly product if you still use plastic? Very disappointed. The bar itself seems ok, scent is not very strong, its ok but doesnt feel like it was worth the money.

This product lathers very well and feels luxurious to use. The fragrance isn't the best but I don't find that important personally. Unfortunately for me this soap left my skin feeling dry and tight so wasn't really able to finish it.3 stars because of the compostable packaging.If you're looking for a soap and your skin isn't already dry, this is probably fine. But I think a dove beauty bar or ceraVe cleansing bar would be better for your skin (though perhaps not the environment)

Doesn't seem to last very long / disappears very quickly. Also, when it got on the smaller side, it started giving off a weird chemical smell instead of the really pleasant smell it had - had to use another soap to get the smell off me. Expensive for how long it lasts.

I've had a horrible experience with this soap..it scratched my entire body. Looks like I came out of a fight with a cat and lost. Needless to say, threw it away after one use and never again.

The bar smells lovely, doesn’t dry out skin at all and has outlasted any body wash I’ve bought before. I now have 4 bars from this brand, the shampoo, conditioner, face and body. Bought these in my pursuit of going plastic free, and will be buying again and again.

Nice lather but thought I had lost sense of smell. Was looking forward to zesty orange and warm vanilla. Nothing, nada. Creamy bar of plain soap. Wont buy this flavour again.
