We replaced the door hinges for three entrance/exit doors in our home. These hinges were the exact shape of the old hinges. They are extremely well constructed and our doors move freely after installing them. The only you need to be aware is the holes in the hinges will not line up with 20 year old hinges- not a big deal - you have to drill new holes in your door and walk - easy to do if you have access to a drill motor. I strongly recommend these hinges for their quality, ease of installation, and there ability to ensure the door does not sag (I used 3 inch screws) and remains centered in the opening.

These hinges are very sturdy and seem well built. They are non removeable pin (NRP). I purchased these as I have an exterior door with the hinges on the outside. These are were very easy to install. I replaced each hinge one by one while the door was still mounted. The hinges came with two different types of screws but strangely not enough of each type to use just one type of screw.Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Good product overall. A little more play in the pin than is expected for the money.

My project was all designed and so I ordered one set of each of the two types listed on Amazon, one set with all 4 corners radiused and one set with 2 corners squared (see photos attached). What I got was 2 sets with all 4 corners radiused so I sent one set back and the Amazon seller's rep said they would get it right with the replacement set. They did not and sent me the same thing again...! Even though they have 2 separate listings that ship from 2 different locations beware if you want one side of the hinge squared as you will only get the all-rounded corners. Otherwise an excellent product but I gave up on trying to straighten out the discrepancy and just modified my project to use all rounded corners...!

The hinges seem well made. Time will tell if they rust. I will update review if necessary.

For me, the tightness of the hinge is paramount because a sloppy hinge will allow the door to sag, causing it to not fit in the frame and the latches to no longer align. There was zero perceptible slop in these hinges and they didn't flop open and closed. If your doors are not hung level, these will help keep them from moving when you let go of them, while feeling smooth. I will be installing these in my doors that I use everyday. I live in a humid area and expect the stainless steel to outlast the house.These hinges are 5x to 6x more expensive than the cheaper Kesler or Cauldham models, but if you can afford it, they are absolutely worth it.

I have bought two sets of these hinges to replace some cheap contractor grade hardware in my house. Very solid; very strong; no wobble. Not cheap, but they solved my problem: my outside doors don't sag anymore.

I was looking for security hinges, with a removable pin that is normally made non-removable by installation of a set screw into the knuckle/pin of the hinge. Better if they were heavy duty ball-bearing hinges.These do most of that, but they are NOT ball-bearing hinges. When the pin is removed, and the hinges disassembled, you will find that the "ball-bearings" are just metal rings with a groove inside that holds a few balls - but the balls do not contact the pin in any way or contribute to any turning mechanism. The inner diameter of what might be called the "bearing race" is larger than the pin so they do not contact. These rings simply rub against the hinge knuckles. So the hinge knuckles contact and bear vertical weight on these "rings" just like any normal hinge. But these cost significantly more than a normal hinge.They don't expect you to take them apart, I guess. I believe the reason why there are good reviews of this product is that they are assembling the hinges and pins with a lubricant that is more like an incredibly sticky, thick glue-like substance. It is so sticky and so thick that it creates a very stiff feel to the hinging that most are probably attributing to the bearings.Anyway, these are not what they are represented to be and too expensive for what they are. I purchased another similar product on Amazon, disassembled, and found a very different internal bearing mechanism that actually functions as a ball-bearing hinge. B00IC4ZII0.

Perfect replacement for my rusted out ones on my doors. Measurements giving in the description were spot on. Sturdy and well built.

Absolutely solid, polished and well made stainless steel hinges. No play at all with the ball bearings. Rounded and drilled well these are excellent sealed hinges. No punching the pin out in any way with these. The only drawback is the screws that are shipped with them are crap. Use a brass or grade 5 type of screw to hold heavy doors. A little pricey at 65 bucks but you're paying for the stainless steel and solid construction. Would for sure buy these again
