I bought this backpack because I am going to Physical Therapy 3 times a week & needed a backpack that was light weight, & easy to get into. I read the previous reviews & they were good, so I decided to purchase. The backpack is a great size, lightweight, seems durable. The largest zipper pocket is in the back & offers security, while maintaining ease of accessibility. It has 2 side, somewhat hidden pockets for putting , Masks, keys & items you might need quickly. It fits my current needs , it is a cute, fun balloon pattern & I can see various uses for the future. I do not know if it is washable, but at the very least, you can disinfect or wipe with a damp cloth. It was a super great price ($7.50), as all the other patterns were $27 & up. I love it, so far.

Not what I was looking for, but it wasn't clear from the photos. I don't think it's a free return. I only paid $7.50 for the air balloon design. I'll use it to bring extra items into the car. I still had to order a purse, because this backpack won't work for that purpose.Now, having said that, its a cute design. It has plenty of room and seems sturdy enough. If you are looking for a small backpack, you might like it. You won't be able to carry a bunch of books in it. It's not big enough or strong enough for that. It's a purse that's designed to wear as a backpack. There is no way to wear it on one shoulder. There is no top opening. To get into it, you'll need to take it off completely, and turn it around. It feels pretty awkward to me. I would not feel safe putting my wallet or other valuables in it.

I love the design of the bag. It’s compartments are easily accessible. Has side pockets as well which was a nice surprise. I didn’t realize in the picture that was shown.
