Well it was spot on weight wise - in the bag.... and may sticks are too skinny
Ordered either 300 or 500g, not sure which, could look it up, but just writing this review while I'm on hold with support (about another issue). So when the package arrived it weighed the correct amount, exactly on the nose.. IN the bag. Which means that the ziploc it came in itself is included in the weight. Minor quibble, sure, but 5-10g is 5-10g shortage. Not sure, haven't weighed the bag yet, because its not empty yet.Bigger problem is with the size of the STICKS/BRANCHES themselves.... many of them are so skinny they fall through the wires of the bottom of the cage. I give them to my chinchilla and she likes them (the bigger ones, the ones she can gnaw) but at least 1/4 of them are skinny enough that they drop through the bottom of her cage when she drops them. I'm not quite ready to say I wouldn't buy them again, but they won't be my next purchase. I'll shop around other vendors for a bit, and will return if they are the best quality, but would pay more for ensured sticks large enough not to fall through the bottom of the cage that are also not moldy, are organic, no pesticides, etc (PLEASE NOTE: The moldy/organic/pesticide statement DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS VENDOR! It's a statement in general regarding the complaints from _other_ vendors - just saying that this vendor's product is just about perfect in every other way than size, and a little stingy on weight - finding someone better at the same price may be difficult, and that I'm willing to pay more for equal product quality but always large enough not to drop through the cage (but also not limb sized - seen that too). Other than that, this vendor's sticks are good enough for a 4 star rating - if it had any of the other issues mentioned, it would have received a 1 star rating)

Buyer beware!
My ratties love apple sticks and chew them up pretty ferociously. The ones I received from here, they won’t touch. They sniff and then completely avoid. They came in an unlabeled plastic bag. Made in CHAIN??? China wasn’t even spelled correctly. My recommendation would be to avoid these.

My Chinchilla Loves Them!
My chinchilla is very picky lately, but unfortunately he isn't picky about the furniture he chews on. I have bought him other wood sticks, but he ONLY goes for these apple orchard ones. This has helped curb his mischievous, late night habits. The pack came with many more than I was expecting for such an amazing price compared to the big retailer stores we all know about, and he has been a happy little fellow ever since! I love watching him grab one out of my hand and run off with it. Absolutely will buy again.

Adorable for natural enclosure
UPDATE:One of my Winter White hybrids has one of these he keeps by his nest. He has been nibbling away at it.Neither had originally shown any interest in these being added to their separate enclosures.Ive updated from 4 to 5 stars because the look nice so we used every one of them on their enclosure for nibble safe decor. Came out super cute so we ordered another pack that is much larger. We attached these to the outside of a commercial tp tube to make a cute hide The chips are aspen for hammy safety.

Toxic Mold
Bought these sticks for my guinea pigs in March, its only been a month and they started growing mold. Kept them in the ziplock bag and stored them in a dry storage container. I do not recommend this product, this was a waste of money and could potentially lead your furry critter to the Vet.

Moldy sticks, ewww
The sticks were the slightest bit damp-feeling, and were covered in MOLD. I returned and got a new bag from the same brand, which also was molded over.

Chins love them
Chins have to have them. Pricey for sticks.I have found neighbors with trees and now cut and dry out our own. Also need to buy USA brands only because these are not FDA approved or regulated for chemical testing
