Beethoven Bust Halbe Statuette

I have wanted one of these since I was 4 years old. I'm in my mid 50s, so I waited a while, you dig? Anyhow, it's totally true, my playing has improved dramatically. I even tune down a half-step to compensate. Drives my bandmates crazy. Thank you to the vendor for quick and accurate order fulfillment. I plan to purchase the entire collection once my epic 20 minute jam solo is finished. I wanna rock. Dig? I thought so.

I bought this as a gift for someone who collects small busts, usually made of cast material that feels like marble. I would give this plastic wonder a single star, but I blame myself for not reading the description which did plainly say it is made of "Guaranteed Unbreakable Vinyl". They got that right. This little piece of plastic wouldn't break if you bounced it on a marble floor.So I give it a 3-star ("It's okay") rating because it really is what it said it is, a piece of plastic molded to look like a cast bust. I simply expected it to be something with a bit more heft. Yes, it looks good on the shelf, deceptively imitating its more substantial neighbors, but once you pick it up you go, "Huh?"

I bought a set of 3 of these, my favorite composers. I liked the price, but did not associate price with size but with possible quality and life expectancy. I was wrong. The quality of these products are great, but they fit in the palm of your hand. The set sits nicely on my floor model antique record player, make a nice addition to the aged wood top. If you are looking for something that looks nice but not over bearing, will sit nicely on a shelf with other items, this is the product you want. If you are looking for a product to display on a lone shelf or pedestal, this product is too small. If I could, knowing the size of these products, I would have originally purchased the whole series at once. Still highly recommend for nice decoration pieces.

Quite realistic (it imitates successfully a "stone" statuette) and very light;looks inspirating on the piano, encouraging to study.

Great looking and priced right, looks great next to my Baby Grand Piano. Looks like its made of marble, and makes a nice conversation piece too.

very fair price for this mini statue bust. Its made of some sort of very thick plastic, seems unbreakable. When on a shelf, it looks like it could be made of marble or stone, which is exactly what I wanted. Perfect little decoration for my CD shelf. Adds some class.

Never said a bad word about bust

The statue came to me as a shock, due to the small size. I guess I should have read the description more carefully next time. After all, the statue, itself, is sturdy. This is going to be a heck of a birthday present to me my sister, nonetheless. Recently, she started playing some Beethoven pieces, so I thought what better to get than a Beehtoven statue?
