Effective support
The easy way to attach the straps is to attach both loosely, then tighten one and re attach tighten the other strap re attach. Repeat until the joint is properly supported.

Effective elbow brace
I ordered this under the advice of my doctor. I have been suffering intermittent elbow pain. The diagnosis was tennis elbow and rather than taking antiinflammatory medicine I would prefer using exercises and elbow brace. I have been wearing it for nearly a week now for about ten hours per day and a can confirm that it has worked. The pain is significantly better. Hopefully, another week and should be cured.

Slips to easily
When it stays in place it works very well however the straps slip quite easily, it’s not very secure I’m going to modify it with extra Velcro to keep it in place

Good support
My husband has tennis elbow and was in a lot of pain. I ordered it for same day delivery. He needs my help to put it on , but once it’s on it stats firm and doesn’t get loose. He’s been wearing it for a week and said it helps to keep his elbow supported.

Good and really helps for tennis elbow
So I started seeing symptoms of tendonitis probably due to too much lifting and badminton as the racquet I use is unforgiving one. I first ordered a different brace that keeps the forearm(flexor) group as tight as it can , but gives pain to the elbow joint as you tend to put more strain on the same. After bit of research, I wanted to order an immobilizer or a brace to protect both the flexor and elbow.First impression seems to be durably made well by hand. I wear brace most of the time now while playing, and always when I'm working and lifting. So *function, fit and overall comfort are extremely important. I want it to support and assist my injury but I don't want to be aware that I'm wearing a brace at work . This is the closest one am feeling comfortable that it is assisting me well, definite recommend.

Finally - ones which work!
I have very painful elbows (hypermobile joints which make arthritis even worse when I relax) which often wake me at night in extreme pain. I have tried numerous other straps but they've all had their problems.Fortunately, my husband bought one of these for himself, and it helped his temporary tennis elbow problem, so he gave his to me. Just putting it on as soon as the pain hits helps to relieve it, and usually within about 10 minutes, I can take it off, or just go back to sleep wearing it. I'm so pleased I've bought another for when both elbows play up.Like all such things, they can get a little warm (a lot depends on the environmental temperature), but it's never unbearable. Even though these are for men, and the straps go far over the body of it, I find that it's a better fit than the ones for women (which I supposedly should be able to wear but rarely can). Unless you have really thin arms, you should be able to use this. If you're getting older and your skin isn't as elastic as it once was, then these are definitely worth the try.Great value, well made, does what it says on the tin, as they say.

Not the most comfortable but definitely helped
Have a bad habit of sleeping on my arms and the added strain of working out leaves me with occasional tendonitis in my elbows. Follow the instructions and this is easy to put on, but i find it sits a little awkward. It doesnt sit nicely on my elbow, if i line the elbow hole up comfortably then the rest feels a little twisted and the straps end up too close to the elbow joint. This may just be due to the size/shape of my arm but is meant to be one size. Once on, it is very supportive and prevents unwanted pressure on the elbow, but it needs to be quite tight and isnt nice to wear for prolonged periods. If i try to wear this while working out it just ends up pinching and causing more discomfort than it solves. As such, i gave up trying to use this when working out. At night however, i wear it a little looser to ensure it stays semi comfortable and it does seem to prevent me from waking up with significant pain. Have been wearing each night for over a week now and my elbows are feeling much better. Might look to get a more comfy sleeve to provide support when working out also but this is definitely helping at night.

A good reminder
I am using this support to help with my tendonitis (tennis elbow)It serves as a good reminder not to put too much strain on that side.It is comfortable to wear. Neoprene is definitely the way to go.I sometimes find it hard to find a good fit. it's either too tight or not tight enough.Luckily it is quick and easy to adjust. The current price of £5.59 is very reasonable for this quality product
