Plymouth YarnEncore Worsted - Cranberry 174

Plymouth Encore worsted is my favorite yarn-acrylic and wool. It is soft, washable, affordable and with many color choices. I am in a natural fiber guild and unfortunately find natural fibers difficult and expensive to knit. A woman's sweater would cost well over $300 and must be hand washed or dry cleaned. So to me, in this instance, all natural is NOT better. After knitting a project out of natural wool, I switch to Plymouth Encore with a sigh of relief and a smile.

Color is bright and attractive. So sunny and cheerful. The yarn has a nice feel to it. I am enjoying working with it. I am a beginning knitter working a simple pattern. Love this purchase. I'm so glad I made this choice. I would DEFINITELY purchase again, and from this vendor especially. Yarn was delivered timely and well-packaged/well protected. Definitely a 5-Star experience all around. ...And, I can't forget to say, great price!

Encore worsted is an especially rugged, soft yarn. Count on years of wear from this yarn! Have used it exclusively for afghans. Low maintenance, high performance!

I love this yarn because I can make baby clothes and don't have to worry the mother about how to clean them. Machine washable, the colors stay bright and everything keeps its shape. Durable and sturdy yet soft!

3 of the 5 that I got, I could not locate the center pull so I will have to use the outside end. Trust me I looked all through the center from both ends. I am new to this brand and this is not a good first impression.

A nice yarn that matches the green in my bright variegated yarn skein. I will have many uses for this pretty yarn--will make great crocheted shamrocks.
