It's a lovely product....very large, firm and full. On its own, I'd call it 5 stars.Here is why I'm giving it 4, and that may be generous...I received 4 separate orders and each did arrive without any plastic bag or inner packaging, just stuffed in the shipping box, which was pretty off-putting as it seems quiet unhygienic.The replacement arrived (not) packaged the same way. I kept it, however, because I love the size, and feel of the fabric. I washed the cover, and found out that removing and replacing the cover requires care, and can be a little messy.The fabric of the pillow itself is thin, there is no type of liner between the pillow and the thin, shaggy cover. Zipping/unzipping is problematic as the pillow arrives with pieces of the shag already caught in the long zipper. Took way too much time and effort to unzip because of this, and I anticipate this being an issue with each washing. I washed on cold and let it tumble air dry in the dryer with no heat and it came out in great condition. Haven't tackled putting the cover back on yet as I know it will take concentration to not get the shag snared in the zipper.If they fix the zipping issue by not sewing the zipper right into the shag, it will be an easy 5 star item. It is really huge and cozy!
