Shipping was prompt. But, when I opened the box, the container was a little more than half full. The picture shows a full container on Amazon. So, I weighed it. It came out to about 20oz. of product. The product itself doesn't seem to be as high quality as the red and green peppers I got from "It's Delish". Disappointed. Will not order again.

Great product but only HALF full. Very disappointed. I was willing to pay double for this product as compared to my normal amazon peppers because i was getting double. I did NOT get double. The picture shows a full contained so I will likely try ordering again in the hopes of it being full, but my gut tells me it won’t be. I am hopeful this was a fluke.

The package arrived on time. One review mentioned that the contents seemed to have settled during shipment. Rest assured, the provided picture in the ad is true. Container is 2/3 full.The flavor of the flakes, when re-hydrated, is good. When used in recipes, let the dish stand for a few hours in order for the flavors to permeate the entire dish.I always allow my sauces, soups and stews sit for at least 3- 4 hours before heating and serving. Most of the time, over night.My personal opinion is that these pepper flakes are a good buy.

You get a lot of them and they're in a great container. Unfortunately they are full of woody stems and seem to be pretty stale. Still. Great container. Worth buying if you are a container hoarder. I am a container hoarder.

Flavor is good...The container looks a bit large for the amount but no product is shorted. I filled to the top three separate empty 12 oz containers (prior dried bell pepper containers) and still had almost enough left in the original container to possibly fill another.

Use this in cooking, anything that calls for belpeppers. If I'm cooking something that doesn't have alot of liquids I soak in liquid. (Water, broth) I love this product. Alot of times I buy belpeppers and the end up spoiling before I use.

Often I make a recipe calling for a pepper. The store is 5 miles away. This solves my problem.

This product is much better then I anticipated. I used to purchase something similar at the store to use in my Mexicali pie but can't find anymore. Doubted this would be good but took the chance. Love it. Flavors are great. Ordered again. I use this now in a lot of things. Highly recommend!
