What's the weight limitation on this bike?

I weigh 330 lbs but I researched the weight limit prior to purchase it stated that the limit is around 360 lbs.

my father is 6'2 280lbs, is this bike ok for a man of his size.

I think a modern stretched cruiser would be a better fit. I'm 6ft and 215 and it's on the borderline of feeling cramped. The dyno's are more comfortable but they don't have the classic look that these do.

Do the tires arrive inflated or flat?

Usually bikes come with partially inflated tires; however, keep in mind these are assembled at a factory. The tires and tubes are put together and inflated usually in about 10 seconds or less. So when you get the bike, you should deflate the tires and make sure the inner tube and tire bead is set properly. Then reinflate them. That's the best way to insure your new tires don't go flat during your first few rides.
