I'm used to buying "prize" & EXQ figures, but the level of detail on this one makes me glad I splurged to add it to my collection. Between the fine detailing on the dress (the frills actually have gradual-shading to indicate light angles and/or dust accumulation from sitting on the staircase) & the posture is executed, the artist did an excellent job bringing her to life. What's especially great with this piece is how the sculptor went so far as to even design how the dress would ride-up from laying on the stairs above her.

Very well made figure. Bigger than I thought it was. There's no tabs or notches to hold her onto the stairs, but that's not enough to warrant a star reduction. However if you're going to be moving her around much it could be a hassle to balance maybe.

Do you like Asuka?DO you like her legs ....I mean really like them?DO you want to have that moment where you wish the figure would come to life and well.......you know?DO you want to stare at Asuka without getting slapped?Well if you answered yes I say get this figure.....also you really have to see the detail of .....well you will just have to get her.
