This album was a CD when I first got it. It soon disappeared and was never seen again.I had to find it and thankfully now we have Amazon. We were reflecting back to the yearsof our youth and this one came up last night. I ordered it here right away. I will digitize itimmediately and put the original CD away for safe keeping.

just what i wanted

Seems like I'm one of only a handful of people who actually enjoys this album. It's a funky and fun album by The New Power Generation (lead by Prince). Now, there is some lingo Prince uses on the album that was outdated even when the album was released ("Push It Up", "Freaks On This Side"), but that doesn't make the album any less funky. It's not an essential album, but it is recommended for those who like funky, freaky, feel good music. The album features guest appearances by Larry Graham, Chaka Khan and Doug E. Very good CD. The case arrived cracked but the CD was in perfect condition. It came with the booklet which has the lyrics and I am very happy with my purchase.

I love Prince Rodgers Nelson and plan to see him in concert soon. "THE ONE" has always been a timeless and classy song. The video includes his beautiful wife Mayte' Garcia and her belly dancing skills at its best. Beautiful storyline about his love and dedication to his woman, and how she is the only thing that ever mattered underneath the sun to him. True Prince fans MUST collect this album.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!! <3I can't say enough good things about this album! It's so funky, love his ballads, The One is such a beautiful song, I like funky music! OMG, that is cranked every time it's on! DEF not a throwaway album!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!!!

Cet album de Prince avec les New Power Generation j'apprécie beaucoup. Je l'ai surtout acheté pour le titre Mad sex.

Todo el mundo coincide en que Prince reinó en los 80 y luego se disolvió. De hecho, poca gente ha seguido su discografía desde entonces.Es un error tremendo. La mayor parte de los discos de Prince en los 90 y 00 son sencillamente espectaculares.Este no es una excepción. Un disco de funk negroide, del tipo del Black Album, pero muchisimo mejor interpretado y producido.Si te gusta Prince, hazte un favor, escucha estos discos y no te quedes en Parade o Purple Rain.
