being lactose intolerant I was worried about drinking this but not after affects.

a good drink for non-dairy product

A friend sent me a box of Komplete last year when I was extremely ill. I couldn't chew and was not getting the nutrients I needed . I was loosing too much weight , too fast. I cannot eat dairy so the typical meal replacement drinks were out for me. This literally saved my life! It's delicious as well as nutritious and will fill a small person up with one carton. I've told my Hematologist about it for the benefit of other patients. If the price wasn't so prohibitive, I would have it stocked at home at all times. Enjoy!

Maybe it's me but I ordered Komplete Java and I received KateFarms Komplete Coffee. Has different ingredients, calories, etc.

I wish i could find this shake locally! I have compared dozens of meal replacement shakes and this one is the winner. It's non-GMO, Vegan and has organic protein. With 5 grams of fiber, 19 grams of protein and lower sugar than almost all other shakes, this is my favorite.

The best non dairy and gluten free protein shake! I recently had stomach surgery and have to be on a strictly liquid diet. I found these shakes and they are truly amazing! They taste great and they have plenty of protein which I struggle with being on a liquid diet. I would highly recommend these protein shakes!
