Great product and customer service. I ordered according to their size cart, which said I should order a size smaller than I normally wear. I confirmed with manufacturer at time of order with my actual foot dimensions. I just received my shoes this weekend and lo and behold, they are a size too small. Why give them five stars, you ask? Because they are making a new pair and are not hassling me for a restocking fee nor making me ship first pair back.These shoes look just like in the photos. Color was true as well as the sleek styling. Construction looks to be very solid and they are quite flexible, so when I get my size the should be extremely comfy.UPDATE. Got my replacement pair and they are perfect. Arrived faster than original order as well.Some people have given low ratings on similar product from same manufacturer for the following reasons:"Too shiny." C'mon, they are patent leather and are supposed to have that bright shine.."Strong odor." I agree but again, it is to be expected as they are currently made to order. All materials and glues are fresh from the factory so it is to be expected. Once they are out of the box for awhile this will subside. Also, Guoar must have noticed the issue because my replacement pair came with a sachet, which lessens the smell. Second pair also came with a set of pads and inserts to use if I want. That's a nice touch that only the higher end companies do.

Initially I thought the shoes were too tight and I contacted the seller; (who by the way are extremely responsive and accommodating), in attempt to exchange them for a size bigger. I am so glad I didn't exchange them afterall b/c it turns out that they fit perfectly! Good news is... I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes and they were extremely comfortable. Glad I kept the 7.5 bc 8 would have been too big. I am surprised just how comfortable they were since they are stilettos! I had them on for well over 4 hours too. I received so many compliments!!! Also they matched my dress perfectly. They were well packaged, and arrived on time! I will most definitely order from this seller again and again!!!Be Blessed n Be a Blessing...

Color was much more pastel than what that images show on Amazon. We ordered 5.5 and they fit like a size 6 or 6.5. The shoes were not labeled with a size themselves, just the box. The quality of the shoe is good, just not fully happy with size and color.It did come with a packet of something that likely removed the odor that usually comes with overseas shoes. I'm assuming these came from China, but I didn't see any labeling on the box or shoes indicating that.

Takes a while to get comfortable but it's ok.

Love the shoe but the heel was too high for me and I wear heels daily. Had to return them but loved the color although not as rich as expected.

Shoes look Great. cannot use them long they hurt the feet.

Color was off by a lot, otherwise decent shoe. Remember they are a $40.00 pair of Chinese shoes.....

Love these but I unfortunately ordered a 9 instead of 8 1/2 because thr descripton said they run half size small which wasnt right and now they are way big on me ! iI emailed them immediately but got no response !
