Healthful and tasty
Chickpea flour can sub in some recipes for wheat flour, and there are recipes that specify it. I used it for "socca". a kind of pancake, very tasty, easy to make.

Worked great in the GF bread recipe I wanted to try
I'd never bought this before -- hadn't even heard of it -- but it worked really well for the bread I made. If you need GF recipes, google "farinata bread." It's time consuming (b/c you have to mix the flour with water then let it sit for 4 hours), but very easy. And quite tasty!

The good, bad and not so pretty
Loved the quality and flavor, however the packaging was lacking in color, size, and convenience of pouring the contents.

Good quality chickpeas flour!
Great Italian chickpeas flour.! I use it to make wraps, to thicken mushroom gravy. Next I will try to make pizza crust with it minimizing gluten and white flour. I still have to experiment in many ways. I am a satisfied customer.

Package was open and all over the inside
Upon receiving the package, I opened the package and the bag was busted and the flour was all over the inside of the package. It is not usable as I do not want to use opened food.
