This product is great of you want to coat and fry chicken. I use thin strips of chicken breasts, and make breakfast chicken strips perfectly paired with waffles or pancakes, both soaked with maple syrup. You wont go back to bacon after trying.

Hmm, I think this works best when you actually fry the chicken. I am not into frying things so I've been making it baked (instructions are on the back of the box) and although it's okay, I don't think I'll buy another box. And I did soak the chicken breasts (and thighs) skinless in buttermilk for a few hours. Not sure what that does but that's what they suggest. As they say, everything tastes good fried--not baked.

This breading mix for fish and chicken is good. The chicken is better than the fish. It's 2x the cost of the stuff you get in the store though so a little pricey, but the flavor is good.

This is the best batter mix ever. It is light unlike some that are thick and heavy. I love using this on chicken fingers or boneless chicken breast.

This product is hard to find in stores. Our Publix carried it a few months back and we tried it. Makes the best chicken fingers--and so easy.

Nice spicy chicken...don’t like it by itself.. it’s tooo spicy but I mix it half and half with krustze baking.. and deep fry. My autistic grandson loves it.

Breading did not stick to chicken when following directions.Overall disappointing texture, appearance.
