I have tried many different glitter gel pens since I received my first adult coloring book in July 2015. First of all finding packs of glitter pens only is not easy so and the glitter ones are my favorite so I was really excited when these popped up in my Amazon search. I've just begun trying them out and so far they're the best ones I've found. The colors are a little unique which makes them different from all the others I've tried. The ink flows smoothly and so far doesn't smear. I hope the ink lasts; but only time will tell on that. I would definitely recommend these and will purchase more!

I love the packaging and the variety of colors. Only lacking a brighter green. I work a lot with glitter gel pens and these are very nice.I received another follow up email from Moogs with tips on use. Great product. Packaging is very nice too. I am enjoying mine, as I said, just wishing they offered 2 greens!

All in all I really like these glitter pens. I love to color things and add them to my handmade greeting cards or scrapbooks. The one thing I DIDN'T like is that the lighter colors, particularly the yellow one, was hardly visible on my WHITE paper. I don't use black paper. This isn't unique to moogs pens-even my Prismacolor premium yellow pencils/pens hardly show up. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A VIVID YELLOW!!! Besides that though, these are GREAT WONDERFUL GLITTER PENS! They really spark up the thing you are coloring. They put a great color onto the page. I ordered 2 at once because of the great price and I will re-order before I run out.

The pens write very smooth, do not skip. Work wonderfully in adult coloring books BUT unless you want to go through a lot of ink fast, would save them for accents. They work great on top of other regular markers AND colored pencils. They blend in super well so it's easy to add a bit of sparkle/glitz to areas on your coloring pages. I plan to purchase the different types of gel pens by moogs. True colors (what you see is what you get when you use them--not all brands are that way). The tip can fit into small areas but since the pens are so smooth it's easier to cover areas that are larger--again, would not recommend coloring an entire picture b/c of the large amount of ink that would be used.

These are really nice pens. I was a little leery of buying any gel pens because of all the bad reviews I have read, but I am really pleased with these. They don't smear or bleed through the paper. Really bright colors that go on very smoothly. I use them for coloring not writing. So I am hoping they will last a long time.

Being new to the coloring excitement, I have purchased and tried many different types of pens. This set stands the highest in color, quality, and value above all others. There is no doubt in my mind that from now on, I will ONLY order the MOOG Brand from now on. Nothing else can even begin to compare to these!! If you are just starting out, or are an established coloring hobbyist, these are the perfect compliment to every kind of coloring book, postcard or free hand sketch you can possibly imagine! Order 2 sets to start, you will love them so much, you will use them all of the time!!

The case for these pens is kind of ridiculous, they must all be facing the correct direction and the edge of the lid has to be over the lip of the case for it to close. The stand feature works well, though. The pens are much brighter colors and much more sparkly than I had expected (even the black is very glittery!). They do write very smoothly, but you have to give them a little bit of time to dry or they will smear everywhere. I love that the brown one is actually more copper colored, and my favorite one is the yellow! Bright and fun but dark enough to be able to read

Moogs are unique in the gel pen craze - they're dependable, clean and smooth and while the colors are (few) they are perfectly harmonious with each other. Another plus, for those who layer their colors, can be used with non-glitter gels, colored pencils, watercolors, Derwent Inktense, AND best of all they can go on as a final layer in areas of emphasis or accent and then wet brushed into a nice blend. Did not know that they were also water soluble!Many glitter pens on the market but these are jewel tone, non-clogging, and buy multiple packs, you will go through them!
