You jut don't need it
The fancy chef on ytube was using one so I bought it, thought it would not stick to dough the way a knife does. Don't waste your money. It DOES stick to dough like a knife. It is just a regular razor blade held in a curve. I took the blade off and used it by hand and I think that worked better.
