I have used this product (and other Patanjali products) in past, when my uncle gifted it to me. It is very effective. In this instance, item did not arrive almost 2-3 months after the order. I am not sure what happened, but looks like it got stuck in customs. Seller issued full refund due to non-receipt, which is honorable. I recommend this product. Seller sells it at a fair price, and is honorable, hence recommend them if one has long time.

I love this product. When my kids are sick i apply this on their clothing and it really helps with ther runny nose. It makes it easier for them to breath as it helps to unclog thier nose. I would use this over another products.

I first tried this in India to help with a sinus infection. Have since used it for pretty much everything - aches, pains, strains, headaches and on my nose and chest for congestion. Great product.

This item came late to begin with, and all three bottles came leaking out. It's also not described as on the listing, because on the image it shows the Patanjali logo, but on the product in hand, it doesn't say Patanjali anywhere. It might be a fake product.
