Update... WTF to WOW again 🤩
The one box from the previous update was a fluke. This cookie is back and as fantastic as ever.At my son’s house a couple of weeks ago ate Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. This for me are my preferred treat.A few reasons besides availability. I prefer the crispness of these over GSC’s. Taste better. Ingredient comparison these are made with superior flavors and ingredients. My pallet is trained by eating well and staying away from products like enriched flour. Basically bleached flour. If you wanna know why it’s easy to read about a few reasons if you research GSC ingredients from Melmagazine. My problem with the cookies is I have no shame freezing and consuming the entire box. This leads me to limit how many boxes I buy on Sub and Save via Amazon.Highly recommend a monthly subscription for incredible savings. Though, set limits. The box won’t last. Plan for this. Please 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯/\updateI buy these once a month on subscribe and save. It's like Girl Scout cookie day twelve times a year. Or so I thought.Second month doing this and...See the picture of my second order delivery ... (photo with box date deleted since no longer needed)Just shy of two months out of ‘best by’ date. It’s October 5th today.BB is Aug26th5⭐️ to Zero. Amazon requires a star to rate. Forced to add ⭐️ for this reviewEither no one likes these or not enough people buy them or why else would the best buy date be almost two months ago?For anyone who doesn't know, best by simply means the flavor or product loses its pizzazz and nutritional value (not that I am buying these for my daily vitamins :) decline and optimal freshness is likely not gonna be as robust. This is my interpretation. This said, if I buy something expect the BB date to be beyond the drop-off date.I'm so picky about what I eat for a special snack. It's like a delight to enjoy something other than my regular impactful nutrition. The Girl Scouts would not allow this to happen through these are plant-based mint goodness ingredients and I like the company vision. Plus, I'm doing what I can to be thoughtful of my body and lifestyle.I give the GS money and don't take the cookies anymore and thought these would be a fun treat with similar flavor minus the crap ingredients...Girl Scouts Thin Mints made by ABC Bakers contain Vegetable Oil Shortening (palm and palm kernel oils), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor and Artificial Flavor. These cookies contain two ingredients which are banned at Whole Foods. (Source for banned ingredients: Whole Foods Web site 6/21)I'm gonna give these one more try for next month's subscribe and save the order. They're so delightful I’m willing to risk another attempt. The star situation is about the problem of out of date cookies NOT how much I really like these cookies very much------/\ updateFor a treat monthly sub and save delivered my first box the other day.Put in the freezer and hopeful for a similar to Girl Scout cookie treat.Wow. And, yes these are on the monthly sub and save order now.I wouldn’t recommend buying these if you are afraid of eating too many. You will 😁Or, limit to a monthly or bi-monthly order. The ingredients qualities and company are a plus, as well.Very happy I tried these. I usually bake treats once in a while. Don’t buy for the house. But enjoy treats like ice cream out and about. This helps me control how much I allow myself to eat.One box a month is quite perfect for me. I’m so excited to find these and have them to also use in other recipes.I’m thinking crush and use in brownies. Or, as the crust of a cheesecake. Topping on a special cake or cupcakes I make for others. Whatever the case maybe the ideas are endless. How about chunk and add to home made vanilla ice cream OR buy some and add this to the top or soften and mix then refresh. Like homemade Ben and Jerry’s.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Good cookies
I really like these cookies. My main complaint is not the cookie but the packaging. The wrapper is sooo tight that once you open it, it's hard to slide the rest back into the sleeve. It's a continual frustration. Surely the company could make the sleeve slightly bigger to aid the buyer. For that reason alone I hesitate to order them. Please do something about the tight wrapping sleeve. Other wise the cookie is appealing.

Advice
Wet a paper towel with water. Fold the towel over a few cookies. Place them on a plate, into the microwave for 30 secs to soften and warm. Eat. You’re welcome.

Crunchy and yummy
These cookies are a delicious treat with a tall glass of milk. Plenty of chocolate chips in each cookie. However, I subtract 1 star because they are not organic and contain safflower oil and soy lecithin, so they are not exactly a healthy snack but a nice treat once in a while. They are non GMO project verified and plant based which is a good thing.

Best Choc. chip cookies ever
The packaging is good and the arrive fresh and unbroken. The flavors great, I think they must use walnuts in the patter cause there is that taste. I.m on my 3rd box

OK...WOW! Wasn't expecting this
I don't keep cookies in the house often because....I EAT THEM! And too many at a time. Easier just not to have them tempting me.But from time to time, I want a COOKIE! I saw these and read reviews and ingredients and thought what the heck?WAS NOT expecting what I got.MY EXPERIENCE:TASTE - where do I start? I REALLY love the taste, but can't quite put my finger on WHY. They have a kind of buttery taste. They taste really rich for something that's supposed to be healthier. They don't taste like any other chocolate chip cookie I've had. And at this price point, if you like chocolate chip cookies, I would say, give them a try. THESE will be my new go to when I haven't had cookies for awhile and order.TEXTURE - and this gets even more interesting than taste. LOVE the texture. I don't see them as hard, as in stale, or like a rock, there is a kind of flakiness, but that's not quite it. They almost dissolve in my mouth. I do dip them in vanilla almond milk, but can't for long, because they will dissolve.INGREDIENTS - Why I decided to try in the first place. These are NOT a diet cookie! I blew my calories and fat for the day on these, but they do have healthier ingredients or I should say LACK the really bad stuff like high fructose corn syrup (which seems to be in just about everything and is NOT good for a body).CHOCOLATE CHIPS - Very happy with the number of chips. I didn't feel they skimped.PACKAGING - This was impressive. I read reviews some got the box of cookies in a padded envelope. Don't know too many brands of cookies that would survive that. Mine came in an Amazon box in perfect condition. I also liked the foil inner packaging AND inside that, the cookies weren't LOOSE, but in a nice plastic container. Well done.PRICE - For quality, taste, overall satisfaction, REALLY GREAT PRICE.BOTTOMLINE: WOULD SO get these again. If you want to try a chocolate chip cookie a little healthier and you're not worried about calories or fat (these aren't over the top, but it's hard to eat just two!), at this price, I would say give them a try. They're not super soft, but I didn't find them hard and they don't have a chemical or fake taste as some store bought cookies can. Go ahead, spend a few bucks. You might be a convert to these too :-)

Ok.. wow. My spirit snack.
I first saw these on Natura Market and then found them on Amazon. I love mint. I love chocolate. These cookies are dice. They’re delicious. And for $8.99 you get a pretty good amount. Very happy.
