Seems to be good quality! Make great connection and nice to have the heat shrink to better protect the connection. Use them on HVAC equipment and they do very well!!

Great connectors and I like that they have different sizes. I like that they have built in heat shrink also. The quality so far has been great. Will buy again when needed.

I think these are an excellent product. These are the best spade connectors I have ever used. I highly recommend these Haisstronica terminals. I think the sealing is the heat shrink material for the insulation is the outstanding feature. The insulation tightly closes on the wire - I was using a mini heat gun with success. I did not find any issues with under or over heating the insulation - indicating it's forgiving,. I would make two notes about heat shrinking: 1. given the entire insulation length is the same material, the area where the crimp is made is also affected with heating. I noted that heating the insulation until this crimped area also "heals" the crimped insulation. 2. I only used the mating Haisstronica crimping - I tool never tried crimping with one of my older tools. The mating Haisstronica crimping tool has a different jaw profile and I was concerned the old crimpers might damage the heat shrink insulation - but I did not try the old conventional crimper . Very easy to get good results. DD

The metal on these connectors is very thin. To get an idea how thin, look at the male spade part and realize that it is twice the thickness of the metal used--it is folded over with a crease on each side and a joint in the middle. I would not use these for connections that are plugged and unplugged a lot because I expect they will bend and loosen over time (the plug/unplug part, not the crimp/heatshrink part). I tried a test terminal with a decent quality "standard" crimping tool (before my heatshrink connector crimping tool arrived) and it was a disaster. The part of the tool that crimps the insulating sleeve mangled the sleeve and the metal did not get crimped well enough to hold the wire against a gentle pull. I did not trust the electrical connection of the connector even though the heatshrink action would keep the wire attached to the terminal. I waited to submit a negative review and return the connectors until my heatshrink specific crimping tool (a Haisstronica HS-8327) arrived--and it changed everything. The crimp held against a moderate tug so that I trust the electrical contact between the wire and the connector. Once heatshrunk, the wire to terminal connection appears waterproof and nearly indestructible. These do take quite a bit of heat and time to shrink. I use a decent heat gun on low setting so I can control the shrink without melting the wire insulation. I find the key is to keep heating until I see the adhesive start to ooze out around the wire insulation. If the connector shell extends past the end of the female part of the connector I have to be careful to not over shrink that part or it shrinks enough that the mating connector can't be plugged in. This can be fixed by carefully cutting off the extra shell with side or flush cutters, but it is not easy to do well. Given the quantity, price and that they can be made to work very well for most uses, I believe these are an amazing value.

Le diamètre du plastique de passage de câbles sont tous identiques quelle que soit la couleur ce qui fait que lors du chauffage pour rétracter ce plastique autour du câble cela devient difficile pour les 2 diamètres les plus petits avec le risque de ne pas avoir d'efficacité dans l'étanchéité recherché. Ceci n'empêche pas que les plastiques sont bien thermo rétractable.

If you are the kind of person buying heat shrink connections, I expect you are the person who wants a job well done. Yes these heat shrink but geeze they could not use cheaper/thinner metal in the connector. The only thing holding them in place is the heat shrink. Do not use for anything you dont want burnt to the ground in the next few years.

Excellent quality terminals! The heat shrink tubing seals tightly and provides solid, waterproof connections. Crimping is easy and secure. Comes neatly organized in a sturdy box with a good variety of sizes. Great value for my boat!
