Sturdy and Stable.
Outstanding quality materials and design. Easy to assemble, adjust, and use. They come with additional long spikes if you also need to use these blocks on a cinder track, but I haven't tried them on that yet.

After going through the season with these, I am greatly satisfied. We do not have a track to practice on and the large spikes included allowed my sprinters to practice starts in the grass. Good price, good product.

Love the adjustments for the foot stops - spring loaded ...
Very substantial with plenty of spikes on hte bottom to lock into the track. Love the adjustments for the foot stops - spring loaded release pin. The angle of the foot stops are not adjustable but I don't find that a problem. The angle is fine the way it is.

Must have for any beginner track star
Son started running AAU track over the summer. We got him this to practice in the field by our house. Spikes are a bit aggressive but it’s easy to adjust and great for kid to set up himself.

GOOD BLOCKS FOR YOUTH not HIGH SCHOOL
These blocks are for small children and will work for them for block training. If your child is in Jr high or High School, this is not the block for you.
