I just replaced the old battery and it works fine. I was pleased with the fit and the fact I could find one for my phone. I don't know how long the charge will last yet.

My wife doesn't want a smart phone likes her old flip phone. The battery she had only lasted ablut 20 minutes off the charger. The new battery can go 2 to 3 days without needing charged. Highly recommend this battery.

This battery evidently fits a lot of Samsung phones because I bought this based on the part number and not on the phone model listed in the ad...….and it works just fine in MY phone. I didn't rate the battery life or durability because I just installed it a couple of days ago, but...…...if it lasts as long as the battery that came with the phone originally (+5 years) I'll be VERY satisfied. I would buy another...….if they're still available 5 years down the road...…..and if my current phone hasn't had a "heart attack" of any kind.

Works as expected

My cell phone battery simply quit; it wouldn't even charge and stopped without warning. After calling the provider they said they don't "sell batteries" but suggested I get a new phone with a new plan. I checked Amazon and found the batteries. The cell phone is now charging and soon I'll have my cell phone working, same contacts with all photos intact! Now, I don't know how long the charge will hold but I am relieved to have it working soon after the charge is completed.

As the battery was not the issue with the phone I returned it.
