I've only used this for three days, but I got this because I have been falling asleep at the wheel recently on my 5am hour commute to work everyday. I take 3 puffs during that time and I think it's working to keep me awake. I just am really trying to stay away from caffeine and sugar drinks because I am trying to lose weight. I am aware I can chew gum or whatever, but I used to have essential oil vapes in high school and I loved them.

I love these the only problem is they don't really last "200+ Inhalations" more like 30-50. They do help with my headaches and cravings.
