No taste,
This does not have good flavour ,I won't buy it again ,I have to use 3 times as much to get a little flavior

Prefer Cheap Grocery Store Extract
This really did not impart any maple flavor that I could detect. I used it in baking some maple granola. Even using more than my recipe calls for, it didn't work out. It also smells terrible. The cheap maple extract from the grocery store worked better for me than this.

Did not like - made my recipe taste burned
Did not like - made my recipe taste burned. I use it to flavor an oat bran pancake (I am following the Dukan diet) and compared to McCormick maple flavoring this did not taste good. Was looking for something that came in a bigger size than the McCormick bottles so I don't have to keep buying it as often - but the taste was not worth it.

Great stuff for making my own syrup
Great stuff for making my own syrup. A cup water, cup of brown sugar, cup of white sugar and a teaspoon of this beats any syrup short of real maple and a whole lot cheaper with no extra junk.
